Give them one star, but i wouldn't even give them that. What a joke, took my vehicle to them three times after accident to get repaired, they never even did an estimate or call me back. Don't even bother with them. I can't imagine how they're in business ,they just kept saying the would contact USAA and get estimates to me and them,it's been eight months,go somewhere else

My 1967 Courgar was there for restoration. He had it over 2 years with a very little amount of work done at a very large price. There was zero communication. Sal would say he was going to do something and then no follow through. I would finally be able to reach him and he would have an excuse for why, months later he still hadn't done the next week as promised. I finally had to find another company to finish the car and to correct what he had done in less than a quality manner. He even raised the hourly rate by $30 an hour with no notification. If you want quality work and good communication, please, go somewhere else.

THE GOOD AND THE BADSo it started out as I got my Audi in an accident and I needed someone to fix the damage (see pictures). After stopping by about 4 body shop and each of them wanting to replace it new, I kind of felt like I didn’t need to replace it but it needed some love and work to it. I came upon this shop and the owner came instantly over I’d say within 5 minutes of arriving to come do an estimate and see whether or not his team would be able to do the job or not. After seeing what’s pictured, he was confident he was able to get it done and make it look good without having to replace with a new panel. I relayed to him I just wanted it to look good and prepped for painting, and I will do the rest. ( I have a buddy who owns a shop that can do that for me so I can save a few bucks ) that was also not an issue. Made an appointment, dropped the car off and got the work done. The work was completed and it was more than I could’ve asked for. It was perfect. ( see pictures ) He spent more time than expected on it but only charged me what was initially quoted saving me a few hundred bucks.The issue was when I picked up the car. I noticed my leather steering wheel was scratched. Huge scratch on the top and a couple around. After notifying the front, the owner immediately came over to check on it. He did deny his shop did it at first.Which I probably would as well if I felt like it’s something we couldn’t do. How does a steering wheel get scratched? Not sure but I do understand where he’s coming from. Thankfully, I got it back from a mechanic shop 2 days prior, then I got it detailed the day before dropping it off. So 2 different people seen it and they also were on my side stating that’s something they would’ve noticed and was not there when they seen it.It wasn’t even later that same day, the owner called me and purchased a brand new steering wheel for arrival ( which is not cheap for a 2018 Audi ). Not only did he purchase a new steering wheel, he also let me choose the shop of my choice to get the replacement done. And is paying for the labor for that. Honestly at first I did not want to recommend the shop, but I think that was just the moment like any person would be. But the way the owner and his business handled it was probably one of the best in Chico. Not only was the work A1 top tier body work, but the problem was handled and resolved promptly. I’ve called numerous times to check on the Status of the steering wheel, and I always got dealt with respectfully despite the situation. I have a future appointment to get my front door replaced which I was going to cancel, but I’m going to keep it and continue supporting this business. If anyone has any body work for any type of car, I’m going to recommend them here. And it’s like the only body shop in north Chico? Couldn’t beat it.

This is old fashioned, wonderful customer service. From getting a quote, the day of appointment drop off, and day of pick up, everything was seamless. The 2 women and fellow I dealt with over the 3 visits were all friendly, polite, and communicate like a business should. If we need future body work this will be our go-to. BTW, my driver side door looks brand new.

Dropped my car off today to have the repairs done, their customer service is exceptional and will even notify enterprise rentals (if you're using them) that you've arrived. Very efficient!

Friendly, welcoming experienced customer service and knowledgeable, thorough repair service. They went through my insurance company with no need for me to pay first and be reimbursed. I simply paid the deductible after the repairs were done. Coach works even arranged my rental for me.
