Awful quality of work. Had my vehicle over a month and it still looks bad. Had to already take it back once, got it back and mentioned to employee that it still had the same paint divots and runs and she said it was rock chips in my door that they painted over. Would not recommend. Called and left message for acting manager, never got a call back. Follow up is horrible. Communication even worse.
Update 11/24, after speaking with the manager, u guys took my car back in, had it for another week or two. Came back okay, but no reason that a repair of that size would have been in the shop over a few months combined. Still will not recommend. You should be able to find me in system it was a very drawn out claim with farmers insurance.

I tried to get an estimate done because they’re USAA “preferred”. Apparently the person that was doing it left the company so I was left hanging. After 2 weeks my adjuster conference called them with me. Instructions were clear as day. You are the preferred shop we want an estimate from you not a shop you’re referring for pdr.
They sent in an estimate for PDR at another shop. Literally the thing they had explicit instructions not to.
I lost everything I own except my truck in the park fire and someone being negligent hit it 2 days later while parked.
I needed this to be easy and my adjuster was trying to help. They eliminated both.
The owner called to apologize which is nice.

They did a great job repairing our car and went above and beyond to fix a mechanical issue that was preexisting. I would recommend Collison Pros to anyone looking for a paint and body shop.

My Tesla needed repair from a collision with a deer. Collision pros Chico was the closest Tesla center even though I live 1 hour away. They were professional, clear, easy to get a hold of and communicate with, all around a great operation. Even though we had significant delays due to my insurance, they kept on top of all that needed to be done and kept me in the loop twice a week minimum. They were even so nice as to deliver my car to me when it was finished. I am so grateful for their excellent work and kindness. Would recommend hands down.

Car got hit by a rather large racoon in the dead of night. The weight challenged trash thief bolted into my front tire and ruined the front bumper and leaving his paw print signature on the side of my car. Collision Pros (after arguing with insurance about the severity of the repair) got them to agree to repair it instead of totaling the vehicle. Had to wait for parts to arrive but once they did it wasn't very long before we were back in our car. Staff was great and communicative!

Not only did they make all the repairs exactly when they said they would but they communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure I knew where they were.
They also detailed my vehicle inside and out and buffed the headlamps which was above and beyond!!!
They made all the arrangements for the rental car and had me back in my vehicle with it.Looking newer than when I brought it.
My vehicle required paint matching and they did it perfectly!!!
I have gone to many different shops and I have to say that this was the best experience i've ever had!!

The whole staff was very friendly and informative about my vehicle progress and even gave it a wash and cleaned out the inside. Quite a nice surprise for free on a Suburban
