We are new to Chico and I chose this co because it was close to home. I called and left message and Gene called back promptly, understood what trouble I was having with my dell desktop, and came to pick it up within the hour. He is so personable and professional it made my day! Over the weekend he let me know that the problem with it was that it needed a good cleaning and was shutting down due to the fan so he fixed it and checked it over and brought it back. Then he refused to take payment for it because he said it was minor. I couldnt even tip Gene. What an amazing business owner he is with integrity, generosity and very sharp. I will always come to him for any repairs and wish that more businesses ran like his does. Thank you Computers On Site for the much needed help!

My desktop wouldn't turn on so left a message and Gene returned my call right away and came to pick it up within the hour. He is a complete gentleman and truly is an expert. He looked at it over the weekend and let me know it just needed a cleaning and wouldn't charge me. I wanted to pay for the evaluation but he is such a class act he refused. Gene dropped it by after also checking for other issues. I am so grateful to him for his honest expertise. We are new in the area and will always go to him for any issues that arise. Trust me Gene is the best computer guy ever!!!

Bought two computers that work great and had a laptop that "blue screened" fixed by him... Could not be happier with the pc's. If you need a tune up, or a new computer this is the company to talk to. The first time i contacted this company one of my office computers was not working at all... It was a busy time for my company and i was a new customer and he arrived just after lunch time and fixed the issue right then. (The issue was a with an adobe download and low hard drive space)
