I have had some issues recently that are preventing me from getting a decent quote for insurance, let alone paying for it. I spoke to Curt @ Cost U Less and let me tell you he spent half a day on the phone with me running numbers and trying to get me the best deal that i could get under the circumstances. He was amazing and i highly recommend. Great Job Curt with excellent customer service and going out of your way to take care of my needs

I seriously had the best experience at chico cost-u-less insurance. I was having an insurance crisis, and needed help fast. Francisco Torres the agent that helped me get full coverage and cheap! He's a life saver. And was vary professional. I was able to text and call him about questions and follow-ups. Francisco Torres is the agent you want to ask for. He really looked out. Thank you

Highly recommend Francisco, my dad speaks very little english and I dont really understand insurance, but he was able to break everything down and explain in both languages so he could add me to his policy and for once I didn't have to translate. Great service

Absolute worst customer service ever. We had a payment go through in January no problem, then for some reason the February autopayment didn’t process (there was plenty to cover it from a checking account & the bank has zero record of any attempted transaction so it seems an error on their end). We got a letter about this over a week later & when we called we were told they’d immediately canceled the policy after the processing issue on their end. They then refused to honor the same prices for coverage as before or to assist in any way. Absolute fraudsters. what a dirty trick to try to get more money once rates have lowered from being a loyal customer over two years. I’ll be tell everyone I know not to use this company.

There's a big misunderstanding when I first got my insurance and Francisco helped me correct this mistake. He also helped me with my policy was quick, fast, very efficient, and very understanding. He made this whole process so easy for me and that is why I chose this specific insurance. Thanks again francisco for making this as easy and for making this whole process quick!!

Bee Lee from Chico Is the best Insurance agent of all time! He has great customer service skills, great communication, and has great answers to all questions! I would definitely promote him in the future or now if he has already been working for awhile!

Monique was not helpful and wasted 1.5 hours of my time. I came in around 3:20ish looking for a quote after speaking to customer representative on the phone and being unable to find my debit/credit card to make the payment. She asked me to return because she was going to take a lunch. I returned per that request, then proceeded to wait for 35 minutes. I approached her asking if anyone was going to be able to assist me, she says yes in a couple of minutes. Another man comes in, and sits down. She approaches me and tells me she can help me now; 40 minutes into waiting. She complains how she hasn't taken a lunch and searches my number and says there's no notes from the representative that I talked to and that she needs to help the other customer. Ms. Fuentes failed to respect my time and communicate what was going on from the moment I walked into the door, she lead me to believe she was going to provide me a service and in result, wasted 40 minutes of my time.Apparently this office doesn't follow labor laws either. Ms. Fuentes failure to communicate appropriately with customers, resulted in a loss of business for the agency. Hope you work on your communication skills and train the new employee to take a lunch on time, no matter what technicalities happens within the day.I hope moving forward you communicate with customers and genuinely have respect for their time.
