Self check-out helps with getting out quickly.
Update: self checkout has changed the entire cosco experience. Waiting in long lines used to be a deciding factor. No more. It has been a year or more since my last time standing in a checkout line. They are just gone. Checkout is so fast and easy now.

I just got back from Costco. I love that Costco now carries healthy, organic, plant-based foods. It's great.for.someone like me who.has special diet needs and is on EBT. That's another awesome thing, Costco takes EBT.

I personally appreciate professionalism under stress. This store seems to really understand this. Because of summer, and holidays, the store has been super packed and very busy. EVERY person working has a smile, asks if you need help and tries to give the best customer experience possible. That is why I come here. Oh....they also REMEMBER me when I come in and ask about my wife and animals! How many stores can you say that about in today's version of customer service? Thank you Chico Costco!

Whenever I shop at Costco there always seems to be a lot of people there and while it can get a little crowded, I always seem to have a seamless shopping experience. I believe they design their stores to be that way, human centered design. It's very easy to find what I'm looking for, it's always at a better price that I can get anywhere else and almost every time I buy a product I've never used before, it turns out to be a really good quality product. Which is rare when you're shopping elsewhere and you go to try something new and you've opened it and used it and now you're stuck with it and it turns out to be a piece of junk and you can't always return it. Costco testers have already tested the products beforehand and deem them quality enough to be on their shelves. They do that work for me and I appreciate it. And they can't always get it right if something breaks down 2 months down the line and so they accept returns from way back. They want you to have the best experience and it shows.
I want to talk for a minute about how they have been fighting inflation. They have fought hard against inflation on food products going so far as to come out with more Kirkland brand products to keep prices low. They helped me through the pandemic and the rising costs of food because they've kept their prices Fair.
