The service manager told me that if it was just to plug in two or three wires there would be no charge He changed his mind and wanted the upholstery shop to pay-- therefore he charged me over two hundred dollars Plus a labor charge to check the fluids ... I did not ask him to do that. there was only 1400 miles on the car. I left two hours later and 250 poorer to plug in two or three wires under the passenger seat. This process in the beginning only took about 10 minutes for the other shop to do that. about 250 for a 15 minute job. they are quite pricey.

My experience was 100% good and my salesperson, Diondre , was patient, helpful and, fully supported by the dealership owner, Jerry P, sold me the car I wanted at the agreed-upon price.\\n\\nBuying a car locally is worth it!

Poor management. I declined getting my car repaired, they kept spam calling me and at the end, they wanted a "$35 restocking fee" Avoid this shop, they WILL mismanage your estimate/repair and charge you for it at the end.

I purchased a brand new GMC truck for $83,545 before taxes & fees. I qualified for the 0.9% financing. I told them I wanted absolutely nothing extra, no warranties, no GAP and damn sure not an extra theft protection service called Starguard for an extra $1000 especially when the vehicle already comes with OnStar from the factory. The little slimy weasels that they are, threw that in there without asking me or telling me that I was being charged for it. I only realized it when I called the bank to figure out why the math wasn't adding up on what I financed after my $2500 down payment. That's when I realized they snuck that into the deal. I tried to cancel with the Starguard company, I deactivated it but they said you have to get your money back from the dealership. The GM won't call back, the finance turkey Eston, won't call back and the salesman just shifts the blame. What a joke. DO NOT BUY from these SCAM ARTISTS. If they would have just been honest they would have gained a customer, with an 800+ credit score and solid income that would return in the future for more vehicles, but instead they wanted to try and pad their pockets and gain a worse reputation. AVOID the salesman Brad Yergenson too, he will just ignore the problem until you go away. They also failed to give me the $500 GMC veterans discount. Typical sleaze ball car guys.

Bought a new GMC truck, specifically told them I did not want anything additional, no extended warranty, no GAP, most definitely not another theft protection when it already has OnStar. The slimeballs added Starguard theft recovery system and added $1000 to the price and slipped it into the deal without me noticing until I spoke with the bank a week later about why the final price was not adding up. I've been trying to get a hold of the GM, no calls back, finance guy Eston, no calls back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

What a waste of time! This business is the most disorganized service company I have ever had to deal with.If it wasn't for a warranty requirment you would never see me there. They never get the job done in a timely fashion, literally it has taken months on what seems like minor problems. today I went in for an iol change. What was supposed to take 1 hour was over two hours and I wasn' the only one who was upset about the long wait. Can't wait until I know longer have to use their service department.

Courtesy Automotive Center is holding my personal vehicle hostage in an attempt to make me pay $13,000 for damages I did not inflict. When I had their loaner vehicle I backed into a tree on my property. I broke the tail light and dented the bumper. Their estimate includes changing out things on the interior and front end work. I have tried to work something out with the service manager and manager above him which results in being laughed at, yelled at, and hung up on. Courtesy Automotive Center is avoiding making a claim with their insurance for their vehicle as well as trying to keep my $70,000 vehicle and make a profit. I have had issues with the service manager before. While driving my personal vehicle they ran over a nail. Instead of fixing the tire or even warning me of the incident they remained neglectful. When I called about it the manager yelled that I am liable and hung up on me. This behavior is not what I have come to expect from a Mercedes' Benz dealership. It is an abuse of authority as well as shattering my consumer rights.

Well organized; excellent service and friendly staff. Their record-keeping is first rate; everything about your auto care history is just a computer key stroke away. Not the cheapest but one of the best!Michael Cowan.

Service department is always courteous and respectful. I haven’t had any issues with them, as I have with other dealer’s service shop. Danny and Nathan have assisted me and they are both awesome and easy to work with. Thank you!

Went to get 2 estimates on a small 6" diameter paint bubbling on my exterior driver's door (2016 Buick Encore). First I verified my car's warranty (for paint) which is on line and in the paperwork, for 6 yrs or 100K miles.First stop was a highly rated body shop. The owner looked at the issue and said it had been caused by something under the original coating.Second stop was at Courtesy Motors where I bought the SUV new. I was outside the warranty by 7 months. My current mileage is at 20,500- under the warranty by almost 80K miles. The body shop woman suggested I speak to the warranty dept, to see what they could do. That meeting took place with a very young man who do not even know the paint is covered. He said "paint is never covered, and even if it was covered under the 3 yr or 36K miles, that all is expired, but paint isn't covered".I then proceeded to tell him what the warranty stated regarding paint, and that my car- the 2016- actually had a 4 yr/48K bumper to bumper. And that was w/o buying additional coverage. So much for dealing with someone who is supposed to be the go-to on warranty knowledge.Walked back to the dealer's body shop for my estimate- $1900.

Do not buy here... I've been trying to get a GAP refund for the past 8 months.. 8 !!! Months .. I get told " we will call you back in 5 -10 mins" never receive a call. Again no one is available today . Again will call you back. Again sorry busy .. for the past 8 months.. only if they will help the same way they did when I first purchased a car from them .. they called me within 30 seconds and approved when I inquired about a car .. I was suprised.. was a very good experience until these past 8 months.. same your time avoid going there.. after you buy they will no longer give a crap about returning customers

I found the one! I am very particular about my vehicles, colors options, etc. Victoria helped me get the perfect car and get it to me! I’m not an easy client but I do appreciate good service. If you need to BMW and you don’t call her, that’s on you. Cheers.

So far they have been great. I've interacted with the service department as well as the collision center. Everyone has been polite and professional. They answered all the questions I have and questions that not even my insurance agent could answer. They helped so much and I appreciate the kindness. I really feel like they have my best interest. Emma at the collision center is a blessing! Thanks guys!

Yes, I understand the car is outside the warranty- that he said doesn't exist on paint. What I found offensive is his thinking I was ok with his line of nonsense. So much for dealing with the go-to person on warranty knowledge.Went back to the body shop for my estimate- $1900.
