This place was dirty! Elevator carpet was filthy and our room had noticeable stains on the carpet and furniture. Not good!

Good value for what you pay for. We've stayed here a dozen times or so and the rooms are large, include a big couch ( that you can sleep on sitting up, if you want too ) a nice large expandable desk space to work, large closet with iron board, a Fridge, a Microwave oven, Coffee maker, hair dryer, a d a big bathroom too. Lots of extras are added, such as complimentary breakfast, extra towels, extra TP, Kleenex also. They have a gym too. I wish that the walls were thicker, because a loudmouth neighbor can ruin your stay. The AC is great. The location great if you visit the brewery down the street too. They have a little room to improve on this slightly older property, but it is my first choice in Chico.

I come back to this hotel at least once a week. As a titanium member, they always have my preferences saved and my room is always perfect. Special shout out to Tommy at the front desk for always having a smile on his face and being friendly no matter what time of the night, it is and how busy he may be. He is a great asset to this hotel. It could go for a renovation but the staff is always friendly at the front desk and I never have to wait for a room so that is why I come back. The older lady whose name starts with an "M" is also very hospitable.

If your not a fan of big organized religion with massive amounts of wealth , I wouldn't patronize this establishment , a percentage of your bill goes into the Tithing that's demanded by the owners membership of the religious organization , they're worth billions ! that's my opinion anyway , RD

The room was clean, the lobby was appealing, and the staff was very nice. Special props to the man working the Cafe for great service.Rooms: The room was clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds, and I appreciated the dispensers in the shower. Way better than the old one-use little bottles.Noteworthy details: Parking is fairly limited and the lot is difficult to maneuver with anything larger than mid-sized sedan. It shares a lot with an adjacent hotel and it was difficult to find a spot.

We stayed for one night while driving through to Oregon and it was the perfect place to stop. Tommy was very kind and sweet. We had an issue with our first room and Tommy got us squared away quickly. The rooms were clean, the pool and jacuzzi relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious.

Outstanding customer service and check-in experience. Clean room and the bed was comfortable and high off the ground. The fridge worked and the temperature of the room was displayed on the alarm clock on the nightstand, which I found incredibly helpful and unique. Whilst it's not great if you're on-foot, if driving it's a very convenient location and easy to get to most points in Chico quickly. The spa and pool are unusable because it's too warm and the chlorine fumes are overwhelming. They have an outer door propped open with a carpet fan all day, but it doesn't help. The tree which I parked under dispensed so much sap on my car overnight I fear it may need a total detail. You can use the outdoor pool at the Marriott Residence property next door, but there's no shade and it gets quite hot in the summer. There's no EV charging here, but there's a ChargePoint station nearby on the other side of the highway. I didn't eat here, but they have cooked breakfast and other meals available.

Disappoined in this Marriott. Was told, only when asked (when out of clean towels) they only provide maid service after a 3-day stay. Well, then maybe they should provide more than two towels in the room. When checking out, was told since i used a 3rd party booking service, she could not give me a statement of charges, How is that OK...They asked for my CC upon check-in, they should be able to provide a statement. I have had a few instances where a mystery charge was on my account. Much easier to deal with at the hotel. After pushing (and not willing to leave), I finally got the statement requested.

After driving 14 hours to buy a car to have the gentlemen sell it out from under us we decided to stay a night before turning around. My kids 9 an 12 weeks had had more than enough. This was the first place we saw so we pulled in for the night. We had a service dog but no pets were allowed and I didn't feel like arguing with the staff over it so I just let it be and decided he could stay in the pickup for the night and I would check on him periodically they were nice enough to give us a room on the first floor rite by the door where we had parked. Well.. opening that room the smell of dirty carpets a cat pee was so strong my eyes started to water. I just wanted to sit down a feed my baby. I decided to take my shoes off before sitting in the chair but the carpet was soaking wet. Obviously the room wasn't ready to be in service. I went to the front desk and they agreed to move me rooms. The room we were moved to on the second floor didn't smell much better but atleast the floor wasnt wet! We finally went to settle in when my oldest said they're was mold in the corner. I got up to look and even thought it wasn't mold it was a big black pile of dirty socks! I went to grab the dirty laundry bag so I could take them down to the front desk and open the closet to low and behold find another pile of dirty clothes! At this point I was furious as I run a hotel myself my kids clean better! So my 3rd encounter with the front desk and they really didn't seem to care! Told me they had no other rooms to offer me so I could take it or leave it! No discounts offered no nothing. Then to find out in the morning breakfast wasn't even complimentary. So over $200 waisted and not a care in the world from this place if I could give you 0 stars I would! I would deffinetly not recommend this place!

The bed was too high and the mattress was curved up causing pressure on the back. The side closest to the wall made it difficult to get in and out of bed for anyone except for a pygmy with short toenails.Food & drinks: The options for food and drinks was very limited. Had to leave the hotel to get decent nourishment. Need to review menu .
