Such great service at a wonderful store. Yettcely assisted me purchasing a bracelet as a present and was so knowledgeable and helpful. I know nothing about jewelry and she made it so I actually understood what I was buying for the first time ever! She gave me several options and even helped with customization and everything else I needed. I will only come here from now on!!

I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. She made me feel very confident and happy with my purchase and kept me confident the entire time. I love my new ring & I greatly appreciated the two ladies who helped me today. Thank you both! ❤️

Came here for a gift for my partner and Harmony was great! Best experience I could have asked honestly! We bonded over having the same glasses the day before too while she also took the time to guide me on the best chain for a pendant I had gotten that didn't have a great chain. She recommended I come back the next day with the pendant and remembered me and made sure everything was perfect and was even nice enough to wrap it for me! Definitely an amazing experience and I couldn't appreciate more how patient she was with me lol!

My fiance and I started looking at rings early last year and from the very beginning we have had Harmony through out our jewelry journey .
We have since gotten engaged with my DREAM ring, purchased my fiancé’s wedding band and will soon order mine! Harmony has gone above and beyond for us every single time we come into the store, even to the point now where everyone is so friendly and nice but I will do all of our business through her specifically!
I needed some minor fixes to my engagement ring and had a few hiccups with repairs(not the store or any associates fault) but Harmony went out of her way to contact the district manager for the repairs and it came back PERFECT like when it was bought!
Harmony is 1000% the shining star for us through our experience. Every jewelry store, let alone business need their own Harmony.

DeVon’s Jewelers is the only place I want to go when it comes to Jewelry. I am from Alaska, yet I visit family in Chico CA and always need to stop in DeVon’s. The staff here are always welcoming and helpful. This past December Gilbert and Wade were able to help me with a band purchase. They were amazing to work with and took such care when it came to me as a customer. Aiding when it came to sizing the ring and getting it to Alaska for me. Awesome service! If you need jewelry Chico CA DeVon’s is the place to go!

I took my engagement ring to DeVons because the stone was quite loose and needed tightening (not a ring from their store, but from Etsy). I called first and they were very kind and cordial on the phone; the first woman I talked to assessed the information I gave her and went to ask an associate to get me an accurate answer, and then when I asked a more difficult and specific question, she put that associate on the phone. When I asked him for an estimate, he said they're usually hesitant to give an estimate until they can actually see the jewelry and assess it, but asked me some basic questions about it and was able to give me a range, which was very helpful, simply because I just wanted to know if I was going to be able to afford it. Once I actually brought it in, they were quick to get it in, and the woman at the front desk gave me an estimate for the longest amount of time it would take, but I got it back way sooner, which I was very pleased about, because I wanted it back before an event. They did an amazing job, and of course cleaned the ring, as well, and it looked like brand new. Will absolutely go back if it happens again, and am happy to be able to rely on DeVons if any issues arise in the future. Thank you so much for your help!
