I’ve come in here a couple of times and every time the staff are really nice and helpful. Staff has pumped up balls, always been positive and kind, and the store has a wide array of things to check out. Definitely worth popping in and checking out if you’re curious.

Dropped a pitching wedge off to the "golf lead" (Ryan) Wednesday the 12th of December I call in Thursday for an update because it has been 24 hour turn around the previous 4-6 club repairs iv had done Thursday (lewis) I believe a last name told me the club was drying Which means it should be ready Friday I show up Saturday and the club has not even been started I an upset Ryan comes over to assist I let him know the employees have done a poor job The employee Josh walks behind and says "I am very good at my job so you know" Which leads to me becoming more upset when the manager Ryan has nothing to say to his employee for speaking to a regular customer that way Iv gotten to know everyone from golf to cashier pretty well We'll Josh the guy that's oh so good at his job and Ryan the manager that promised to have it done correct Left the club is the wrong length The grip is applied wrong / crooked And the epoxy was applied very sloppy & poor GREAAAAT JOB TRAINING @ DICKS They refused to fix there job and Phil the store manger feels unstoppable snd treats consumers poorly as well Just because not many 45 year old men are settling for a Dicks job in chico He's able to get away with such poor skills to run a store or business Hopefully the employees learn better service skills and are trained properly for the department
