Dragon Graphics did the wrap on my Mini Cooper a couple years ago and it still looks awesome! So many people check it out when I am driving and when it is parked. I highly recommend them no matter the size of the job!

Great company with quality products. When I lived in Chico, I had used Dragon Graphics' services for marketing related to both my fraternity and the apartment community I managed. Pricing was competitive and the service was generally friendlier than their direct competition a few blocks away. I'm not the most artistically-inclined so was delighted when the Dragon staff designed banners for both of my organizations. Their designs are super modern and cutting-edge. They really elevated the game when it came to getting the word out. Not only that, but their materials are top notch. The banners were heavy-duty (one of them still hangs proudly nearly 8 years later) and their silkscreening on shirts doesn't fade or peel. A win win overall!

The company I used to work for bought silkscreened apparel from these guys for years until they started using cheap garments and charging for more expensive ones without announcement or permission. We even returned the garments for credit but were never reimbursed a dime. The owner Jeff was always angry, abusive and narcissistic to us and eventually outed himself as a crook. Buyer beware, this lowlife will take advantage of anyone and laugh all the way to the bank.

Jeff was awesome to work with, I was placing a t-shirt order and he helped me choose the right materials because I had no clue what I wanted. They have fast turnaround times, super competitive pricing, and I recommend them for anyone looking to have something printed! I'm thrilled with the product, and so are my customers, which is what really matters.

Called to get some new cards today, was talked to rudely by the graphic artist (Faizal) and the office manager (Cristiana) very unprofessional. Hopefully Jeff talks to them and changes their attitude, until then I will go somewhere else.

As a walk-in with an unusual request, I was welcomed and treated as though my need was important to them. The owner personally showed me how he could easily solve the issue I presented. When I returned several weeks later to have the issue taken care of, one of his staff expertly got it done. I will take my business to them before going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend Dragon Graphics.

Built a custom 2 story guinea pig cage (c & c cage) and called around town to find someone to cut out coroplast for me as a cage liner. The Dragon Graphics team were friendly and helpful. Ended up working with me to save me some money while meeting my short deadline and giving me a better finished product than I had hoped for!

I am a the national event manager for the AJJF (American Judo & Jujitsu Federation) and the CEO of Chico Kodenkan and Dojo Brand and have been a customer on dozens of orders over a 15+ year period. They always, and I mean always, have the order ready on time. They stand by their work, and have one of the best graphic designers I've ever worked with (Faizal is amazing!). In fact, just recently, a colleague of mine who also runs several events a year, commented to me "you always have the best t-shirts at your event" and wanted to change their t-shirt graphic designer and printer this year (even though they live in Placerville, CA). The one time I had an error on a shirt, they more than made it right--even though in the end, it was I who had not checked the spelling on the shirt correctly when I proofed it. Didn't matter, they made it right and gave me a great deal on the next order, and I've always been happy with their product.

Asked about pricing and when I was told the price. I said it was outrageous and the guy immediately got an attitude with me and got in defense mode. When he said that's what his supplier price is which they outsource the work I take it. Super rude poor customer service. No wonder why I have never used them.
