The care was atrocious, the labs was the only place that did absolutely anything with any amount of care or respect. I was made treated horribly and mocked by the nurses when I got put in a bed, my concerns were never actually explained. Poor quality care, the hospital was the worst I have ever been too.

I am glad the town has a decent hospital but l wish it was more adequately staffed, and had more ER rooms and patient rooms for non life threatening conditions. The wait to be seen was an hour and a half for severe abdominal pain. Once we were in the ER, most of the staff didn't have anything to do because the patients had been seen, and were waiting to be admitted. Then the next morning when visiting hours started one of the nurses that was working in ER was working the 5th floor. Back to back shifts.Hire more nurses Enloe. And build a 6th floor. But OR staff was awesomeKitchen is trying to be fine dining but my wife can't eat solid foods. All they have everyday is chicken soup, 3 kinds of pudding and grits for breakfast. If you want a quiet place the surgery lounge on the first floor is it, when there is no one there. And that does happen

911 Enloe hospital staff were excellent. The care was very life saving.Although the nurses lack a certain proffessional behaviors in many areas they took decent care of me.They did lie to me personally on several occassions.

Some of the er Dr's are worthless. Stay away if your life depends on it. Go to Sacramento or anywhere other than here.

I was treated very well at Enloe by the Second floor staff. I was admitted with possible Pneumonia & chest pain. They were very thorough with testing and treatment for my 4 days stay. I am grateful to the staff!

ER very busy and staff remained helpful, caring and professional. Triaging went smoothly. Waiting room space layout good with space allotted. Helpful having a computer monitor by check-in desk showing avg wait times and longest wait time.

I can not speak of a whole hospitals’ ‘rating,’ but a walk-in ER visit turned into a three day stay. Floor 3 MedSurg nurses/staffers are so kind and compassionate. So very grateful for their kind treatment. Thank you.Everyone from respiratory to dietary to administration was kind, but thank you especially to the floor three nursing team and staff for sacrificing your time for the good of others.

I love this hospital, however I just had it where I was with family in the ER last week and I could hear the night doctor talking bad about my mom at the nurses station. Then tried to deny it. After she finally got through the ER the nurses and staff were amazing upstairs. I just think the ER needs to remember that doors are open and the walls are thin and people can hear you

Nurses are very kind, but kind of dont listen? Main issue is I told everyone multiple times "My stomach hurts" and showed them that the entirety of my belly was in pain, yet they only took me for an ultrasound of my ovaries and said "sorry we don't know what's wrong"Maybe that's because, i don't know, you were looking at the wrong thing?????Why is it so hard to listen to their patients? How do you acquire such a position and consistently not listen to your patients needs or where the issue stems from? Is it THAT hard or do you guys just not care? What could've been solved at the ER had to be fixed with my regular doctor weeks later when my pain could've been resolved earlier. Thanks for nothing, maybe the doctors and nurses need to retake a course in "Listening" and learning comprehension. Seems to be lacking a bit. Shameful

the two times i’ve been here this place has been totally disorganized. the nurse comes in, the doctor follows a few minutes later. they run a couple tests, say they’re going to grab something, and all of a sudden you’re left sitting in the office for over 20 minutes for a doctor to come back to actually help you.

I recently had a major surgery. The I c u unit was pretty bad the nurses have no bedside Manner.. They only checked on you when you hit the button.. There was a couple nurses that were pretty awful.I will be calling on monday to talk to human resources. Once I got to a step down from icu. It was fabulous. Don't have a complaint.

I went to the ER in the middle of the night with heart palpitations and severe light headedness. They interrogated me like the gestapo, repeatedly accusing me of being on drugs though I was not on drugs and dont use drugs. Before they even did anything for my palpitations or other symptoms they did a blood draw drug test to see what drugs I was on that I was lying about. When my drug test came back clean they didnt even have the nerve or respect to apologize. Absolute scum.
