On 02/10/2024 around 1:30 pm I contacted this place to inquire about the largest size “climate” controlled units they advertised they had. I spoke to a man that treated me with the utmost disrespect. When I asked if he had “climate” controlled units he said they did in fact have “climate” controlled units. Then he began describing “temperature” controlled units. I asked him if he knew the difference between “climate” controlled and “temperature” controlled units. He said, “what is the difference?”, so I explained it to him. He continued with, “Well, I don’t see much of a difference. We have lots of customers that use our units without complaints.” I explained at that point the large difference between the two types of units and he continues with, “if you’re going to be argumentative and disrespectful……” then our phone call dropped (I’m assuming he hung up). I will not ever support this business now as a result of this man’s attitude, lack of knowledge, false advertisement, un-professionalism, and down right nastiness! Don’t rent here, they take things way too personally and have a complete lack of knowledge about what they are renting!!! If I had an option to give zero stars I would.

Owner is friendly and knowledgeable about his business and is soon expanding to include parking space for vehicles to be stored and is dead centered between 20th street and Park. And it's affordable.
