Chris Peplow did a piece on my forearm, this was my first experience with Chris and it will not be my last I will be going to Chris for as long as he continues to tattoo. To being kind, friendly and having good conversation Chris excels but most importantly excels in his work I am very very happy with how my tattoo turned out and how he put my thoughts on paper.

Got my tattoo just a couple of days ago here, and very happy with it. The shop is very clean and spacious. Sean T. Did an amazing job with my Snoopy/Woodstock piece, great line work, will definitely be back for my next one

Chris at Eye of Jade did an amazing job! We just got our 4th tattoo from him and I realized we never left a review. Beautiful work, very light hand, and quick too! The price was more than fair and im so exited for my calf piece. Thanks Chris!

I want to add that I have worked as a medical assistant for 30 plus years and I'm very cautious on cleanliness and protocol for safety. This shop is magnificently clean and proper procedures for risk of infection or contamination. I'm looking forward to tattoo #2 someday.

Love my tattoo! Ben Lucas did a great job! I described what I wanted and he came up with it better than I had imagined! He does great work and was super friendly. The shop was very clean and organized, will definitely be coming back. Definitely recommended this place to anyone looking for an awesome tattoo. Thanks Ben!

This review is for the male peircer. Very arrogant. Doesn't listen well. Won't let you have control over what you want. He won't even sell you jewelry unless he approved where it's going in your body.

Bobby A. Just did this tattoo for me! Amazing experience! Got my first tattoo from him 9 years ago and it has zero fading or issues and healed great. Went back today and this is the gem he blessed me with! He went above and beyond with the design and did it within my budget. The experience was amazing! He's precise, talented and easy to talk to! I will gladly return to eye of jade for a tattoo with Bobby again. Oh, did I mention he did this as a walk in! So grateful!

Went in before Xmas to get a feel for the place (after doing lots of research and scoping out the best place to get my kids belly done). I ended up getting a gift card at EOJ because I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility, the welcoming vibe (I walked in feeling like an old middle-aged fish out of water, but they put me at ease), the info provided and customer service (my questions were probably basic/dumb, but they never made me feel like it), and the many other good reviews I had read.
Right after Xmas I took my very excited 17 year old in for her belly piercing. Jim Preston was our piercer (he had also sold me the gift card). Again, I was very happy with the service. Jim took getting parental consent and proper identification very seriously. I appreciate that. As for the piercing process, Jim was professional, easy going, clearly experienced and funny. He did a top notch job. At that time he also redid my kids friend’s piercing (he had NOT done the original, which was crooked and had grown over, and yes her parent was there). Jim was careful in ensuring the placement was optimal for both girls, explaining his recommendations. He made them feel at ease but he was also stern (in a funny dad kinda way) about cleaning and care. He made it clear that he was there for them if they had issues and needed after care advice, stating if any problems arose they should call him for guidance and NOT consult the internet. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve gotten pierced here twice, both by different piercers. First time was with an older man, one of my nip piercings came out slightly crooked but not enough for me to be bothered by it so I let it slide. This second time was with a blonde woman for my bellybutton, she didn’t talk to me about the piercing at all, pierced me with jewelry that was way too small, and pierced me not only crooked, but also off-center, and I was too upset to say anything about it. The second piercing started to reject and I ended up getting it repierced correctly at a different shop.

Chris is AMAZING!!! I had 3 sessions with him over the past 2 months....2 to cover up/redo a 15-year-old half sleeve and 1 to add more pieces down my arm. His attention to detail is unlike anything I have ever seen! You can tell how much he cares about his work. Thank you so much! :)

My experience with Chris was great! He did a cover up of an old tattoo and added a memorial piece for my sister using a photo of the tattoo off my sisters arm. It came out perfect! I later returned to have my second lobes redone/fixed by their piercer. I’m super happy with both experiences and plan to return in future.
