Watched a fed ex worker at the mangrove location throwing packages all the way into the back of his truck while loading up for deliveries wouldn’t recommend using them if you want your packages in one piece

This happened Sunday evening, Oct 19, 2025. I paid for a custom print job that wasn’t finished. When I asked why, the employee admitted it wasn’t done, then suddenly said they “shouldn’t have placed my order at the front,” and after I asked for a complaint form, he refused service even though I’d already paid. He said they’d move my job to the back of the line and that I’d have to come another day — then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave.
That’s not customer service; that’s intimidation. It’s gaslighting and abuse of authority. Law enforcement should never be used to silence paying customers. My 12-year-old witnessed it, along with other families.
When I called corporate, they apologized, admitted policy violations, and said to “start over” with the store manager, Robert. Robert was worse — rude, dismissive, and defensive when I told him I was recording the call (which is legal and FedEx records calls too). A manager should de-escalate, not escalate.
This location has a high turnover, awful reviews, and zero accountability. FedEx Corporate needs to retrain or replace management immediately. Chico deserves better than this behavior.

Printing: Accidentally printed 15 blank pages. Wouldn’t take the blank pages back and reimburse. They said I take the blank pages home and pay for them. Customer service awful. 😑

My brother and I went in not a clue how to do things Robert the Assistant Manager was so incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond while trying to multitask with over customers. That many deserves a raise!!!

The guy with the man bun rolls eyes at you. If you point out something that he said was wrong he calls you buddy in a condensing way. He has been rude to an old gentleman that was having trouble understanding how the print and go works.

They gave me a hard time probably because I don’t look rich. Even though I’m a paying customer I wasn’t made to feel welcome. For copies and printing I’d recommend Wilson printing and signs instead.
