I ended up making $4 in copys because they wouldn't help me the line was long & I had other places to be that day & there email to get the code to make copys takes forever to let you send it in & then just as long to email you back with the code to put into the copier they would not do anything about me making that mistake as they would not Help me out.....

I work for a large corporation and we do large volumes with Fedex and UPS weekly. I was running some big packages to Fedex for dropoff and saw the Ground truck packing up to leave when I pulled in. Usually this means Im too late and they wont go out till the next day. But the driver (Justin) came and not only went ahead and waited till I got them all taped up and on the cart...but told me he'd take care of them from there and even return the cart for me that I dragged outside. WOW! Ive run into other drivers in the parking lot (not Fedex) that cant wait to run and get out of there. Youre on your own! But not Justin. Thats how you take care of your customers. That sort of thing is duly noted and makes a difference when contracts are back up for re-negotiation. Great job Fedex!

If you can't make an online order DO NOT have any printing done here. The fedex website was having issues with my print to store order so I called and they said I could come in and place my order in person. What they did not mention was that in person they charge 4x what the prices are online. They rang up my order that was $44 online and tried to charge me $190 instead. The $190 price was also for much lower quality paper. They refused to match the online price even though I was only ordering in person because their website wasn't working properly and they told me to come in. Canceled my order and got them done elsewhere for better quality and far cheaper with no absurd price discrepancies.

I needed a specialized sign on special material with a custom size for my logo and the team did an amazing job of helping me. Since I'm traveling, they even made sure I can pick it up in another state in time. They were amazing.
