Really wish to leave a "no star" if I could. Went in there Sunday evening to look for shoes and as soon as I walk in, the group of employees first of all called me the N word. And then proceeded to make fun of my birkenstocks I was currently wearing . They also added that, "he ain't gonna find anything at this store for him." I felt so hurt and super unwelcomed I immediately walked out. I think it's disgusting and very unprofessional for a workplace. Worst of all I had my daughter with me who heard and saw them pointing at me.

I did the store pick up since it was more continent. I ordered the shoes at 6am and a couple hours later received an email that my shoes were ready to be picked up. I showed up at 6pm. The superviser helped me and kept running back and forth to get my shoes. He came and told me the store never confirmed the ordered and that the shoes were sold. LIES. I said I got an email saying they were ready to pick up. He said it must of been the time you ordered. Uhh no buddy I ordered at 6 am. Basically the store forgot to set aside my order and sold the shoes I PAID for to someone else. I was livid. Don’t advertise store pick up if you are going to be doing this to customers! Never again will we be going to that store!

Every time I go to this store I find something good but the employees are rude and unprofessional they definitely back door hype releases the manager literally asked me if I was a reseller and if so she can give me good prices

It was very busy when I went in there. After a little wait we did have an employee come and help us. Although busy, he did not rush me. I also seen him reassure other customers that he would be with them shortly.

If I could put zero stars I would, not only do store employees leave or disappear when you come in, but they take their sweet time to help you. I was in the store for ten minutes, I seen so many people come and go because they weren't helped. They couldn't even come to me to ask if I needed help or anything. When I did get helped it was because I went to them. The store manager is very lazy and always has attitude. instead of helping she just stands there giggling and laughing with other store employees. If she believes that you're giving her attitude she'll have someone else come and help you because she's "done". The use of cursing isn't even professional. Most employees don't even have a good attitude and they look like they don't even want to be there.

Came in to this store for the first time and bought white Nike air max 97s. An expensive shoe I paid 170 dollars not including tax, For these shoes. Saying the customer service was terrible would be an understatement. But that isn't even the bad part. So I was only allowed to try on the display shoe and once I said I'd like the box they said they would bring it to the register. I was never allowed to see the actual shoes I was buying. So I came home, put on my shoes, and as I did that I realized something was just off about one of them. One was fresh white very pristine all but the bottom which was dusty probably from the store floor. But the other was yellowed and was much dirtier on the bottom. Not to mention the laces were threaded through the slits. On the white shoe they were not. So obviously no one wore the white one yet. I looked closer and there was obvious differences. The placement of the swoosh and the iconic lines of this shoe were just different. So I look at the tag on the inside. The one that was fresh icy white. Made in 2021. The other that was yellowed. Made in 2020. I was sold two separate models of shoe. I went in to return them and was told I could not because they were used. I only wore them for a second before I took them off to examine what was wrong with them. They sold them to me in this exact condition. I will insert photo proof. This store is a complete scam. Please just buy directly from the company as I should have. They are scamming kids who just want cool shoes and work minimum wage jobs. How do I give negative 5 stars.
