If you enjoy pay I ng 4x of retail at autozone for parts, having them chsrge outrageous labor on jobs that did not need to be done , only to have anything they touch fall apart within two months and them nit wanting to warranty their overpriced parts and labor them this is the spot for you.
I find the front desk guy not only rude but having no idea what hes jnh about in hopes you don't know anything just so he can sell more over priced parts that one , only takes one wen hes wanting to sell you 4 of them with zero place in the engine that would hold them.
A week ago I said I want all parts and pictures in regards yo the job. I received nothing . Their excuses ofbwhy they don't want to warranty their work makes zero sense seeing where the leak is coming from they are the only people to ever go into that par5 of the engine two monthsvaho.
Go anywhere but here. Rude condescending uneducated staff banking on you lnow nothing about your car outrageous parts costs and spotty super expensive labor. The only reason my car ever went to this shop twice is for them to warranty them to fix what they didn't correct the first time

I have had the unfortunate experience of hitting a đ» I have been hit by others in cars and trucks đ„șI had huge rocks roll down hills off Shott Road and destroy the roof of my Tacoma and every time FIX auto has saved me âŁïžThey not only fix the problem existing they go the xtra mile to FIX anything they saw that they could do something about They fixed as well đđ»All Staff Goes above and beyond. I recommend them with 10 stars.âš

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Fix Auto and I couldnât be more pleased with the experience. The manager, Leo, was consistently professional, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way, clearly explained what needed to be done, and answered all my questions.
The quality of the work done on my car was superb â the cosmetic damages were flawlessly removed and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Fast, friendly service. Worked seamlessly with my insurance and sent me updates via text on a regular basis. Body/paint repair was timely and beautiful! They also my washed my car and gave the tires a shine before I picked it up. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

I've brought my car here twice because AAA has them listed as one of their shops. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else! The staff are all professional and always friendly, and they communicate everything going on with your car with complete transparency. This is the best auto shop I've ever been to!

Five stars all the way! I donât even need to think about it. I have been coming here for over 10 years and they always are friendly and do a great job. They also help me out to find the best price for me when I have been on a budget and am paying out of pocket when my insurance wonât cover damages. I can seriously say I love these guys! Outstanding. Professional, friendly, ultra clean facility. I was hesitant to take my car to a place I had never heard nor seen, but they made me feel welcome and valued from the first words to the last. Communication and follow-up were outstanding. Everyone was great, but mostly I appreciated the front office people(this is the only ones I had contact with). Highly recommend Fix Auto Chico CA. Thank you

my AAA insurance allows work to be done at three different shops in Chico. I went to one a number of years ago and they were good. I thought I would try Fix Auto this time and I found their communication and customer service, on the whole, to be very good. There were a few things they couldâve communicated better such as giving me more notice when the car would be ready and what my options would be regarding picking up or leaving the rental car at the shop, versus my having to take the time to drive it all the way across town and then get a ride over to the shopâŠ. The work appeared to be great and was delivered on time and with a good explanation. Managers were very polite and took initiative whenever they could.
