Our daughter needed a good pair of shoes, and we had heard positive reviews about the Fleet Feet store in Chico. Since we were in town for an event, we took the opportunity to visit the store and have her properly fitted. Given her past foot issues and her need for inserts, ensuring she has the right footwear is crucial.
Ryder, our salesman, provided excellent service. He started by scanning her feet and asking thoughtful questions about her activity level and interests, such as hiking, running, and walking. He also considered her style preferences and brought out a diverse selection of shoes for her to try on. His knowledge and attentiveness were impressive, making the experience more enjoyable.
We ultimately purchased a pair of shoes along with some clothing items. My husband and I are looking forward to returning for our own shoe purchases. Thank you for a constructive and positive experience!

Was on the search for a good pair of shoes for my adult daughter who was complaining about severe foot pain. One of the shoe stores in the mall recommended we try Fleet Feet. When we got there, I quickly learned this was a REAL shoe store. The kind like we used to have where an employee measures your feet and helps you through the whole process. My daughter got her feet measured on their machine and when she tried on a pair of the shoes she about cried because she had never felt anything more comfortable on her feet. Paying a little more for a pair of shoes was well worth THAT kind of comfort AND THAT KIND OF SERVICE. Thank you all so very much!

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I buy Hoka brand shoes, and prices are the same as Hoka website and cheaper than Amazon. If they don't have your size in stock, they will order and ship to you, order came quickly last time I had to order my size

I went to Fleet Feet Sports for the first time on 7/14/2023. I bought my first pair of HOKA's. The girl who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient when I couldn't decide which color I wanted. I highly recommend Fleet Feet to everyone! You won't be disappointed!!

Went into the store for the first time back in late august or early sept looking for some good work shoes for my son. The gal who helped us was very nice. Ended up buying some Hokas and after a couple weeks of wearing them my son said they were helping his foot pain. So, I went online and bought a second pair so he would have two pairs for work. I just noticed the other day that both pairs are falling apart. The backs of the first pair are coming out in chunks and the lining is unraveling and coming apart on the second pair. I called the store today and they said five months is about as long as those shoes are expected to last. I was shocked. At almost $200 a pair , that seems ridiculous. Anyways , maybe this is just a bad review for Hokas and not Fleet Feet but I was hoping for at least a discount on a replacement pair but no more Hokas for us. Maybe Fleet feet should warn Hoka purchasers about the short life span of these shoes.
