When it came to delivery my girl had already left work. This was all supposed to be a surprise so I was giving them live updates of her location. “I called as soon as the shop opened this morning, as I live in SoCal. I asked if they would be able to make & deliver a floral arrangement for my sister’s birthday. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I will try to edit my post later, to include the sweet woman who took my order. She asked for the correct spellings of both my sister and my last names, asked for budget and color preferences, along with the occasion. “If you want to send a stunning bouquet, you need to send a Pine Creek bouquet! I received a BIG cluster of anemone in March and they were Glorious!! Favorite flowers I’ve ever received! Just sent my sis a deluxe bouquet of pink peonies. Spectacular! Will be using PCF again in a couple of weeks for Mother’s Day! I love this biz & I love these flowers!???”
