“Pam is the sweetest!!! She makes such an effort to get you know you as a couple. My husband and I loved chatting with her and giving her our ideas before the crazy planning started. She is so willing to make anything you want work! I fully trusted her with my floral vision. There ended up being a tiny mishap with the calla lilies (it was completely out of Pam’s control) and she solved the issue so easily. I wasn’t stressed or worried because Pam immediately came to the rescue! The bouquets were beautiful. Thank you Pam!!!”

“As someone who used to work holidays at the flower shop, I usually am much more prepared for Mother’s Day and order in advance. Mother’s Day snuck up on me this year so when I called the Saturday before, I was honestly expecting chaos. I was then met with one of the best customer experiences I could have asked for. The woman was efficient and incredibly sweet for how busy their shop sounded. They picked up the phone immediately every time I called (DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY) ensured me my order was being taken care of. When my card was rejected, she took my order anyway, made sure it was delivered and told me not even to worry about getting correct card info until I was able. Genuinely such a sweet and kind person. And the arrangements they make are lovely and priced very reasonably. (coming from someone who also arranged flowers) I just wanted to thank everyone on the Little Red Hen floral team, the designer as well as the staff who answered the phone. I know holidays are BEYOND stressful and people are likely not treating you with the same kindness. You and your team are remarkable. Thank you so much! Happy happy Mother’s Day!”
