Apparently they don't service all Subarus they'll make you an appointment have you drive all the way down there to tell you they can't help you I just wanted my car clean

Just bought a new Subaru Ascent and just love the car! Porter was the young man who test drove the car with us and set us up for the final sale.
Everyone there, even the maintenance crew, we're friendly and polite, and eager to help! If you're looking for a new Subaru, I'd recommend Subaru of Chico, in the Pahou center!

We worked with Edgar for our newest car and he made the process so easy! We were in communication with him via text initially and he was so communicative and proactive, answering all our questions patiently and in detail. Shout out to the finance person we worked with who when each time I asked to read the paperwork in great detail and ask clarifying questions he was patient, reassuring and calm saying “take your time.” Between him and Edgar the process was painless.
We were out of the dealership with a new car in ~2.5 hours- I’ve never bought a car so fast! It’s usually such an ordeal and frustrating, but not this time. Not only that but Edgar was personable, friendly, and had great customer service. He literally introduced us to the service department and a couple of other employees while there, giving us a mini tour- that’s never happened to me before and it’s the little touches like that that really add up.
Sheesh if more dealerships were like this, car buying could even be- not sure if I’d quite say enjoyable, but definitely simple, easy, and not dreadful in the slightest!
