In Chico on a delivery I stopped in here because I knew I could count on Grocery Outlet for the variety of lunch time snacks and non-food wonders that I could look through.

These employees are the best! Big Mike Miles and I can’t remember the other woman’s name… But they’re all super helpful and I love shopping here

I went into store to return clasps laundry baskets I had two they were 9.99 each. Few day before that I went there forgot the receipt I had talk with manger that was in charge that night. Well went back with receipt in the evening on 7-6-24 he would not return them cuz I was one day late from 30 days. He had told me it was 8 but he said it was the 7th either way it was past 30 days. I had looked at the calendar just few minutes ago seen today is 7th of July so I was one day late so I called to let manger know it was only one day he didn't want to hear what I had to say remind you one day late from 30 days. We are having heatwave weather right now it's was 114 out I can not be in heat or sun one on medication two I have heat strokes I'm 61 with heath condition lung disease it makes it hard to breath when it's that hot I don't take my dog out it's to hot for me. Anyways manger was rude last night and rude today on phone in fact he hung up on me so unprofessional when I was saying something. I will not give them any more business I'm done with that place cold hearted he knew I was in couple night before the 6th I had talked to him. He could of listen to me have some compassionate not so rude. Besides I bought food that wasn't any good cherries had mildew on them they were in cooler to see so good luck at grocery outlet like I Said I won't be back I'll pass my experience on to other I'll go where in treated better.

Great deals, especially on the produce. They have a lot of organic items and healthy snacks in the store as well. You can get a variety of things here. Supplements, Beauty Products, Cookware and Toys etc. Barry is extremely helpful!

The store layout is a little weird but that's the case with most stores when you go to a new location. I was buying groceries with my partner and they were excited about finding their favourite alcohol for cheaper, but while checking out they weren't allowed to purchase the alcohol because I'm not 21. This is understandable, we'd never had this happen before but we get it's the law. The cashier who was helping us was very nice and apologetic, but the two managers (??) Or whoever came out were very rude. We made and honest mistake and the woman with dark curly hair never apologized and was very condescending. I respect a store following the law/their policies, I would just hope for better customer service. This experience turns me off from wanting to shop at this grocery outlet.

I like this store for a quick shopping trip but only if I'm going to be cooking the food that night. Otherwise I've found the produce goes bad quickly. Canned foods is a great value there typically.
