I don’t have a photo of him but his name is Luis. He racially profiled me and followed me around the store. when I went into the women’s dressing room he followed me there too. Found it creepy and severely inappropriate. .He started whispering to the nice gentleman at the dressing room counter and asked him if I took my purse in. Which is odd because Prior to that they had already forced me to put my small handbag down before I was even allowed into the dressing room to try on 1 pair of shorts. after he even made sure I didn’t take it in and kept whispering about me to his co workers while continuing to follow me around the store. It was so demeaning. I will not be shopping at this particular store anymore never have felt so dehumanized in my life because of the color of my skin or how I look.

As always come here just to enjoy the sales. Usually the employees are very nice and helpful. A particular employee by the name of Luis was following me when I notice him following me after I told him I didn’t need help we made eye contact and he made snarky comment to his coworker assuming he was speaking about me. I totally felt that was unprofessional and it’s always super annoying when you have young immature workers who clearly do not appreciate customers. Not sure why he treated me so poorly. But please do better

No complaint. I left the U.S. permanently after living there for 33 years. I realized that America is blessed with quality products and lots of variety at reasonable prices (which are actually cheaper for the quality had you buy if from overseas.). I dropped by Chico (my ex-town) and because I was already in a good mood, I found everything to be positive. The store is not bad at all, I was looking for greenish and brownish colors to add to my clothes (in the past 5 years I only wear blue, gray and black) for a change. I found interesting collection for reasonable prices. Employees are courteous and it's a hip and cool store to visit.

Love H&M ever since I saw it on what not to wear, so glad their in CA. Great clothes at great prices, sale racks are awesome.

Everyone in this store is very helpful, One of the supervisors even offered to help me pick out clothes when I told him I just gotten a new job. He was very nice, but I cannot remember his name.

H&M rules. I’ve enjoyed working for this company in the past, and I always enjoy shopping there… I always find a bunch of stuff I want. I see some poor reviews… it’s confusing. The fashion is on point, maybe they just don’t get it. Great basics and business casual wears, affordable, tasteful quality clothes. I have some great pieces that have lasted me more than a decade and I still get compliments.

This store SUCKS. The retailer told my Mother-in-Law that she couldn't get the discount despite having the coupon AND to buy a bigger size in a VERY insulting way, when she said she'll never come back to this store, he said "good". What a horrible horrible way to run a store. Hire employees that treat customers properly, not rudely like that disgrace of a retail employee.
