I used to dislike harbor freight so much until now how I realize they are the cheapest tools around town with mostly lifetime warranty now, they have a bunch of weird crazy custom tools that I want to make sometime and their tools are actually getting a lot better. Plenty of parking but always packed, the parking lot doesn't look too safe cause there always homeless walking around and always busy area. I don't really care for customers service only for their business. One time I did over heard another worker cussing out another Co worker on their walkie talkies on the floor full of customers.

Even before we got there I called and asked them questions about a power washer. The employee I spoke with was so helpful that we immediately made the trip over from Corning. When we got to the store we had excellent help finding the power washers and even answering questions we hadn't thought of yet. Then while at the register an employee came over to our register and informed we had a coupon for money off on this purchase. Everyone was happy I think they like working there. I know we like shopping there.

Failed to notify me of a restocking fee before purchasing a product. The manager would not waive the fee. I pointed out the policy on the registers was covered with the weekly circular and there was no public display or way of knowing there would be a fee if I didn’t like the product

Ok so harbor freight I love you but i’m posting this review because ya’ll slacking on the cleanliness for real. Im talking about this location specifically. You guys are worse than a bathroom at a cheap tire shop. Sorry, but seriously cleaning and sanitizing ain’t that hard. Seen a few employees doing nothing, when ya’ll coulda grabbed a bucket, a brush, some bleach and some rags. Because WHAT is going on in that restroom. I snapped some pics, paid for my stuff, and ran right out, had to use the restroom at the gas station. Even the soap dispenser looking scary.

I love harbor freight tools, I have a membership at harbor freight, as an ITC member I know I'm always getting the best deal. They never give me any hassle with my returns, so if a tool doesn't perform they hope it will or if it breaks or if I just wind up having to trade it for something else. Harbor freight is there for me they got my back and as a self employed guy trying to grow his business that means a lot. I recommend Harbor Freight 110%.

Great place to buy use em once tools at a very low cost what they lack in quality they make up for with cute ladies running the registers great place to buy tarps of any size
