I'd give them 0 if I could. The worst company ever and that's the biggest understatement. They never have working facilities. All the washers at my place have been broken for so long. They hire horrible people and companies for repairs and they will try everything they can to steal your deposit. The definition of slumlord.

I found an excellent house to rent that is managed by Hill Properties. Erin gave me a tour. I loved it and she and others who work at Hill have been a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to moving in, confident that Hill will manage well.

They are very rude to their renters. Takes them forever to get around to doing repairs. Not for sure how they are to the owners.
