“Extremely knowledgeable staff and very friendly as well as the shop giving a very friendly vibe I went there today and I think more people should. I also wasn’t sure about how something worked on a card and they explained it in a way that I understood without being pompous or rude about it like a lot of shops do. I think this shop is very underrated and I’d love for them to grow even more as a shop even if they don’t need to being they already have a massive collection. I’d also like to state again how kind the staff is and I appreciate it greatly and will be coming back.”
“Michaels is a highly stocked store of everything art. There are other miscellaneous items to. Like lettering for your mail box or other products that you can use to personalize your items. Helpful and courteous staff can lead you to what you want. They'll even go out of their way to help you get discounts available. A big and free parking lot with multiple other stores like Barnes and Nobles, R.E.I. A handy non-expensive grocery store is there. I shop there sometimes. Wish I could remember more times. Yeah life gets tough for people and friendly staff at any store is a blessing.”
“Wally is amazing. I recently got back into RC'ing. I have called and talked to a few staff members. I have never dealt with a sales/support/technician as friendly and helpful as him ever. And Im 50.
