As I tried to find the best recliner for my height and support needs, (Randell 777 Custom leather, electric rocker) Brianne was very helpful and understood the process I needed to go through. On my third visit I found my perfect recliner. Staff was helpful. An investment in comfort is what I came for, and La-z-boy Chico Delivered (literally) Thanks again”

“Mary has exceptional experience and knowledge of the products. Despite being by herself she made sure to greet anyone that came in while helping the current customer. She took her time to explain to me the different bed options, comfort levels, the benefits of 1 over the other, and helped show me how to relieve the pain in my hip and back for a better night sleep.
She also saw my delivery date was going to be almost 4 weeks so she looked into and has my bed coming 2 weeks earlier now.
Overall good experience.”

“I had the best customer service experience. Today's my mother's birthday and I called to see of there were any French presses available. Rosa answered the phone and I explained to her the reason for my call. She kindly put me on hold and I gave a couple details of what type of French press I was looking for before she went to do a visual check for me on the floor. Rosa offered me to go look and after I gave her details about the product and said thank you so much. Rosa's response was a genuine ' Not a problem '. She said it like a loving mother would speak to her child. I never had anyone speak to me with such care. Rosa is a kind and caring person. It's rare to find someone genuine nowadays and I'm really impressed to have my her. Thank you Rosa so much!”

“5 stars to all of the local employees/mgmt that try to do their best under a corporation that appears to make it very hard for them. I order items pretty frequently and the issues that I have encountered are through no fault of the local employees. My negative feedback is for the Joann’s corporation/entity itself - it’s clear that it undervalues its employees which is a shame because each employee I have encountered has been very kind and helpful (and very patient!). They often seem to be understaffed, over worked, and I highly suspect they are underpaid. Thank you to the local employees/mgmt for working hard so that our community can enjoy affordable craft goods, I have had countless hours of fun crafting because of you!”
