Home Depot is my favorite of the home improvement stores sorry to the blue guys ?. This one is very clean and well run, the employees are all available to help and want to, everyone has a smile. The prices are way better than my home town. Make sure you keep these guys in mind for your next project.

I've done this mobile pickup about three times, and every time I have to go inside since they won't come out. One time they demanded to see some photo ID's for my order, and then a receipt on an email, and then my spouse to physically present since it was a shared account.I don't know what's up, but I guess just go to Lowes across the street.

They had what I needed and the employees left me alone unless I asked them something which was cool. The people at the paint desk are awesome!I spent a decent amount of time reading lables and really trying to be smart about my product choices which was only possible because of the way home depot allows for a less intrusive customers service experience. They arent in your face trying to sell you the whole store.Sure you cant really rely on asking just any employee about the products they sell, because its hit and miss if they have any clue what you're even asking about, but thats really not a big deal since a quick google search clears any question up pretty easily.For a big box home improvement store I think they serve the function they intend to and meet reasonable expectations about 90% of the time. They had what I needed and I only had to make 1 stop instead of wasting my time shopping at several stores.Oh and you can easily use the Home Depot phone app to see what they have in stock before spending as much time as I did browsing the isles, though it was kinda nice not having my face glued to a screen for a change.

Waited on the phone while it rang for 15 minutes straight. Went to pick something up at curbside pick up and the lady was SO RUDE because I ordered it under my husband's name. It didn't matter that it was my card number, my phone number, I had the order number, but just because it was his name she was so rude about me picking it up. Said she would let me off with a "one time warning." I'm 9 months pregnant just trying to get through and pick things up. I tried to stay so sweet to her but she was not having it. BTW I was trying to change the pick up person to my name when I was waiting on hold for 15 minute... going to Lowe's next time...

No Apple Pay? Left my wallet at home and you expect me to just lose 40 min of my day to get it? I’m very frustrated right now, I hope Home Depot changes this
