I got the h and r promise mica was helping me. But for some reason I called today after I got my check to ask how I send to IRS. They lady who answered was so rude. She gave me a list of details which was hard to keep up on. Then I asked I thought mica was helping me. She said not unless you pay us again then we will help you. I paid twice for both this year and last year's. And mica never called me back so I don't even the girl gave her the message. I will never ever go back to h and r block. They seem to just not care.... Glad they can not care when I have special needs child, I am pregnant, my husband is ill. But thanks for not caring. I'll figure it out myself. But don't use them ever if you want your taxes done right.
