Do not do your business here!!! I went in yesterday to file with Melissa and she was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional I had no other choice but to leave and not finish filing. Right away she was very snappy and condescending.She was having a issue pulling up my customer account and instead of asking about questions pertaining to her job she started asking me about my tooth gems and why I got them. I politely answered her and waited to begin the filing process. She asked how I would be filing and due to me having dependents I answered accordingly to what I have always filed as. She hadn’t even began the return as she couldn’t pull me up in her computer yet still but began to ask me very weird and personal questions about how much my rent is and how I even pay my bills making that much…as a single mom. . She said I possibly couldn’t file as I have been for all years because my income and bills didn’t make sense to HER?! The audacity!! I said why are you asking me these weird questions can we please begin my filing process and she slammed my W2 down on the table to give it back. I was happy to take it and leave. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable with her having my sensitive information due to how simply unprofessional she was presenting herself! I’m still in shock and after reading other reviews i cannot believe she is even still employed there... BUT I’m so thankful for Liberty Tax I can’t recommend them enough I went there this morning and John happily and quickly helped me file my return. I will warn others in the community about the practices of HR block and Melissa. Go to LIBERTY TAX people!!

I will never ever go to this branch. Just horrible place and awful customer service. Lying about everything. If there is -star, I would give to them. They don't deserve even 1 star. The agent ( Lesly) at that time was the manager who was so impatient, unprofessional and most dispectful agent ever I never had. After i talked her 5minutes, she was already complaining that she was just too busy. Then, I was wondering why she made an appointment with me ??
It was not worth of my time and money. And this year we received a letter from state that the agent( lesly) didn't file California Earned tax credit on 2022 for my daughter and don't want to be responsible for this. So now I have to pay extra money to file it again with a different agent for this unprofessional agent Lesly. No wonder my daughter did't get much tax return for 2022 because the agent Lesly was doing totally wrong. I tried to contact customer service and the owner but they never call me back to resolve this issue. Now they are telling me the owner sent an email, what a liar, I never received any email from the owner who didn't even want to call me back to discuss about this issue in 2022. How so untrusful and so unprofessional with the most poor customer service. For sure, I can never trust these people and my tax return. For sure, they will never get good reputations from me. If anyone asks me about this branch and especially the owner how she handled this issue so careless never recommend this branch !! No wonder people don't like this branch. I really don't know how they get stars ??? I really thought this branch is trustworthy but heck no.
If the owner is like this much nasty, so careless, not responsible and has no communication with clients, No thank you for their service ever again. I can see what kind of people the owner is hiring. No good customer service, no good business for sure !!!

Extremely uncomfortable. Lots of horseplay/ inappropriate comments and questions. No straight answers for anything. Seemed like everything was a best guess scenario. Literally walked out and tried to find another option but that’s my fault for waiting too late to file. If you like stress come here

Kurt was professional and funny, he was thorough in preparing my taxes. He went the extra mile to get me a refund that was almost double my original refund. Made a huge difference in my finances.
