I have been shopping at Hubbs for some years now. It is my favorite little shop. What a gem. They have the BEST customer service. They are such a breath of fresh air since customer service seems to be none anymore. I drive from Oroville just to shop at their store. I do but local for most things. But I love love this store. It reminds me of the old Hallmark stores I grew up with. I can find unique gifts for just about anyone. I need a button that says I love Hubbs Stationary. ♥️

I moved out of Chico approximately 5 month's ago, to the lovely community of the Napa Valley. I absolutely love it here plus I'm living in very close proximity, to my loving daughter, Malinda, her awesome husband, Mako and their 4+ month old incredibly amazing baby boy, Forest. I am so dearly blessed, I didn't realize how happy, healthy and content I could be!!! This is all a dream come true!!! ONE THING MISSING, my Hubb's glorious shopping sprees I had frequently in Chico! Their high-end quality and gift collection is unsurpassed, Hubb's was and will be AGAIN MY MOST FAVORITE GIFT and DECOR STORE to SHOP!!! Now I will do my shopping with Hubb's ONLINE!!! You bet I'm excited! Their employees, associates and the Hubb's themselves are magnificent and first class individuals! Go see for yourself, you'll be terrifically glad you did! This is a delightful store! It’s my “go to” place for buying gifts for my girlfriends (and for me too!).. The prices are very reasonable and the level of service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful, but they don’t hover or hound you to buy something. They provide complimentary gift wrap as well. I really like the clothing they carry, especially their Hello Mello loungewear. You can get through the pandemic in comfortable style AND, when you’re ready to travel, this brand is perfect because it packs easily and doesn’t wrinkle. Love this store!

This is the cutest little shop. All the employees are very nice and helpful. Have bought several adorable Christmas ornaments. Can't wait to give them to my grandkids and great grandkids.
