I don't think they even know how to run a business. They have been overcharging me since the first of the year. My propane bill is usually around $15 a month. This month I was charged $40. So I decided to go back on my bills and see why. They use the same meter start reading for every month, The start reading should be the ending reading from the previous month, but it not. That's why my bill just kept getting bigger and bigger every month.You need to check your bill every month or they will screw you! Need to start a class action law suit against them. I'd give them zero stars if I could.I will not recommend them to anyone!

I share a fence with them, a weird worker (fully grown man) wearing all blue looked at me and called me a “right whore” and grabbed his privates. Disgusting and scary.Edit: when I tried to talk to the boss lookin lady’s they screamed at me and defended the guy. Definitely don’t give your money here horrible victim blaming people who protect disgusting people.

Absolutely worst customer service, the driver destroyed our flower bed and almost ripped out all the electricity cables /phone cables and the driver cussed me out when I pointed it out as it was happening and told me to get back in my house in a very threatening way.

There’s only one type of kerosene… the person that said they got the wrong type probably needed heating oil but asked for kerosene which would gum up a heating oil heater.

Deliveries take forever. Used to be good, not any more. They don't seem to care. Leaving for a new company in the spring. I do not recommend them.

If I could give this business a negative rating I would. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever encountered. They are extremely rude on the phone , they make up stories and twist your words and then say "I don't know why you're getting so upset . They allow customers to run out of propane and then get mad at the customer because you didn't notify them even if you are on a keep full account, (meaning they're supposed to check it at least monthly) with your card on file. Then they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't understand why I was using more propane in the winter than the summer . Extraordinarily rude manager that has no business being a manager or dealing with customers whatsoever. BULLY is the kindest work I can think of to describe him. Lies about things that were said or done and then refuses to listen to your side of the story telling me "I'm not going to argue with you, because he knows I'm right!! Tried to tell me he's called me several times and called me right before he came knocking on my door! When I called him Out on his lies he just shut me down . Comes in pounding on my door threatening to lock my propane tank if i don't pay them RIGHT THIS MINUTE when I literally just got the bill. It's JANUARY, I have a medically fragile child that lives here and they're threatening to shut off my only source of heat !!! You WILL regret having service with this company if you live in the Plumas, Sierra county area.
