Hands down the best pedicure I've EVER had. I've been here twice now and both times were fantastic. They were also incredibly accommodating, they opened up early for me and my best friend on the day of my wedding. Absolutely fantastic service and the polish (I have gotten gel polish) lasts and doesn't chip. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Came here for the first time today for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Prices are a big higher than I’m used to but honestly worth it. The experience was great! Not rushed at all, they really paid attention to detail and gave me an amazing massage for both services. My new go-to place for sure! Very friendly. Thank you Instant Nails!

This is really a sweet little nail shop that does excellent work. I'm new to Chico, and have been twice, but won't return due to the add-on fees that make pretty basic services outrageously expensive. My most recent trip was for a gel mani. Their pricing works like this: $5 gel removal fee (for the gel polish they put on me at my last appt) + $35 manicure + $15 up-charge for new gel. I'm sorry, but $55 is insane for a gel mani. I got $35 gel mani's every two weeks when I lived in Sacramento (at a very nice shop in Fair Oaks). $55 is acrylic fill territory! This is a nice shop, with nice people, that does nice work. Their price structure is prohibitive, though.
