“Very recently, my family and I were going down the I-99 when we got a flat tire from the highway roadwork. We had to pull up onto the shoulder of the highway, and after assessing the damage, my dad called up his agent with Farmers Insurance and immediately got a hold of Genia Henderson.
They talked for about 5 minutes and she was able to give out his policy information and even gave out the names and phone numbers of a few local towing companies in the area. We called up Jim's Towing Service and we were towed up and out of the highway and into American Tire within 15 minutes. 10 minutes after that we were back on the road. Honestly, the entire ordeal could've lasted 2 hours tops, but prompt service from Genia and her agency who recommended Jim's Towing got us out of there and back on the road as quickly as we did.
My dad paid a considerable sum of money for the towing service but his auto insurance plan covered towing and he was able to get a credit back from Farmers Insurance within a week. Overall, we got prompt professional service from Genia and Farmers Insurance and we're glad we have her as our agent.”

“Though I was unable to go with this company (not their fault but simply the insurance policy didn't match my needs), I was provided stellar customer service by both Marianne Koenig (7/24/25) and Daren (7/28/25). Marianne provided the original quote, then upon finding that it was my first time with fire insurance and I was struggling, she took the time to explain things clearly. Finally someone took the time to go over acronyms and explain the different types of insurances!!! I felt taken care of and supported. When I called for a follow up and Marianne was out of the office, Daren had the same attitude.

“I wanted to share a 5 star experience with a recent transaction that exceeded my expectations with Mid Valley Title and team. I had the pleasure to work with Heidi Gomez (Senior Escrow Officer) and her team Amber Stell and Elizabeth McCollum. The recent transaction was due to the Camp Fire of 2018 that burned down a condo complex with 44 units. It was a long process and final payment was just completed. I was not confident this was going to close this year due to the 44 units and the fact a lot of the owners had moved and some have changed phone numbers. Heidi Gomez (Senior Escrow Officer) and Amber Stell as well as Elizabeth McCollun pulled a rabbit out of the hat so to speak.
