I have been with Interwest Insurance since 2003. They have always done a good job for my family when needed. This was most true following the loss of our home as part of the Camp Fire in 2018. We received excellent care from our Claim agent, Daniel DiMeo, who is experienced and wise beyond his years. We are eternally grateful to Daniel , and Interwest VP, Chip Arenchild who both really showed up to help us work through the most challenging parts of our claim. I highly recommend Interwest Insurance, both for their experience and great care working with us.

I can't say enough about how grateful we are to Interwest. Our dealings with Interwest have always been helpful and personal. Recently they showed up for us when it most mattered, when our insurance carrier wasn't being fair with us in processing our claim. We needed guidance in how to address our concerns with our carrier. Without Daniel DiMeo's genuine care and patient, focused help, we would have been buried in a bureaucratic world in which we could not stand up for ourselves. Losing our home and town to fire was hard. The confusing and difficult process of having a voice with the our insurance carrier has turned into part of our healing process, rather than part of the harm we experienced.We are deeply thankful to Daniel and Interwest for meeting us right where we needed them, and walking the distance with us.We feel very fortunate to have Interwest supporting our family and our community.

I actually work at this office for a cleaning company employed by Interwest. Occasionally, I may see an Interwest employee while I'm cleaning and they all have said "hello how are doing? Or, "Have a nice day".

Good luck getting an actual person to talk with you. There automated system seems designed to avoid human contact. Endless general voicemails.

five stars are not enough to describe my experience with interwest. for over fifteen years i have dealt with them for worker's comp. and i have never had a less than positive encounter. today, i spoke with Erica (?spelling) and it was as positive and cheerful. when i have not followed through as required, i still received friendly service. low pressure, friendly and GREAT to deal with. glad to start another worker's comp policy with them.
