“This is the best metaphysical/occult/witchy shop in Chico! The prices are reasonable. Their crystals are genuine and beautiful, both raw and tumbled. “Best place to get seasonal decor and fabric as well as all of your florals and party needs! Did you know they are closed on Sunday and do not have bar codes on any products ? I give one less star because they often get pricing confused when you have a lot of items. Returning anything can be a little strange ( keep your receipts) They do offer free bags and wrap any breakables carefully so that is a plus. Yarn was 30% off yesterday ( sales rotate)”

“My name is Terry and I was going through some financial hardships My wife had just got incubated in the hospital in Chico. I didn't know if she was going to live or die. I had to drive everyday back and forth and it hurted me financially and only thing I had to make sure I'll be by my wife's side. I had to pawn our wedding ring so I went to a couple of pawn shops and then I found Chico cash exchange. I want to let you know those people who work there. Their customer service skills is off the Richter scale. Super super polite they gave me a pawn what I asked for with no questions asked They wasn't trying to bargain or haggle me down. I just wanted to let people know that there is good people in this world and one of the employees name was Cody. He should be running a business of his own because his customer service skills it's out of this world. So I just want to say thank you Cody for everything. You're awesome! “A bit tiny for a store, kind of cramped and hard to get past people if it's crowded. Definitely overpriced, but that's why you need to try and shop the sales lol. Overall, the products are amazing and loveable! Their stock of squishmallows is always amazing”
