Amazing, Fast, and Friendly service! I went in for an oil change today with the expectation they would just change my car oil but they went above and beyond that expectation. They checked and put more air in my tires, cleaned my windsheild, vaccumed, checked other levels in my car and checked the air filters etc. Bob was very informative and knowledgeable, when giving an estimate he went over everything that was being done and explained it in an easy to understand fashion. He brought my air filters to attention and physically showed me why they needed to be changed which i appericated and most lilkely would not have changed if not shown the damage. Also to mention the prices were upfront, unbeatable and we were in and out in no time i couldnt imagaine having a better experience! Shout out to Cody as well, the reason for choosing Jiffy Lube. All services performed by him have been wonderful. Hes very knowledgeable, quick and accurate at his job and his customer service is always top notch! I will be coming back in the future thanks to Cody and Bob! Thank you for the amazing work done!

Everytime I come here, I’m always greeted with a smile before I could even get out of the car. The service was A+ and speedy. The workers I saw were always hard at work, which I can appreciate. Very thorough, always recommend!

Went in there to get an oil change, first thing, totally unprofessional associates, they seem to treat you like they are top of the world and you know nothing and do what they say. They tried to up sale me on other services, and when I said no thank you, they started to be extremely rude towards me. Will never be going back there, and going to check if the owner owns more cause I am not going to anyone they own ever

I have been to this shop twice now, and it is the best! They vacuum your car out and check all the important stuff. The manager, Cody is very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Jiffy Lube is my spot now!! Thank you all!!

I'm always a bit suspicious of this location. They never mess up my car and their usually pretty speedy however employees are typically rude (maybe from dealing with people all day but I have to do that too and I'm always kind and understanding). And for some reason my cabin filter is ALWAYS dirty. Like the most recent time I had just changed my filter 2 weeks prior to getting serviced and the guy working on my car let me know it was dirty and showed me a disgusting filter. I knew damn well that my filter was BRAND NEW and should not have been that dirty. I think they may be scamming but on the other hand I'm not sure how they would benefit a ton because they still have To purchase the filters. And I'm sure I'm going to get a response about possible reasons my filter was dirty or "sometimes filters just get dirty quicker than other times" nah fam I know what a dirty filter looks like and it doesn't have gravel in it, I wish I took a picture cus it was ridiculous.Anyways as long as you watch and question literally everything their doing to your car you should be good but I highly recommend using the other jiffy lube in town or perhaps going to paradise (the workers in paradise are always very kind and helpful and it's my favorite location).

I use jiffy lube all of the time when I am back home I am up here visiting my sister and needed an oil change visited this place got an oil change and my air filters replaced now my car will not start! They killed off my battery; I had to get a whole new one.Update as of 11/1/23:Here we are a year later. I decided to try this jiffy lube again pressed for time and because it was close to the freeway. Every-time I come here something goes wrong with my battery. I have been using Jiffy lube back home in Southern California since 2019 and never no problem used the other jiffy lube up here in Chico no problem but used them on Notre Dame twice and my battery has been compromised! I will never give them service again and my battery is brand new I will be reaching out to corporate. This is so ridiculous and I am not happy about it. I am starting to think that they are targeting single black women who come to their establishments to mess up their cars cause they did the same thing to my sister as well. But then I see the white women getting to stay in their cars all happy and getting their stuff done. While me the only black female having to go inside and wait for my service then for the guy to have me standing on the side in the work zone when time to ring me up while he went to briefly help one of his kind. But it’s okay I hope that if they are targeting us black women Jesus, change their heart because that’s very disheartening.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
