5 stars to all of the local employees/mgmt that try to do their best under a corporation that appears to make it very hard for them. I order items pretty frequently and the issues that I have encountered are through no fault of the local employees. My negative feedback is for the Joann’s corporation/entity itself - it’s clear that it undervalues its employees which is a shame because each employee I have encountered has been very kind and helpful (and very patient!). They often seem to be understaffed, over worked, and I highly suspect they are underpaid. Thank you to the local employees/mgmt for working hard so that our community can enjoy affordable craft goods, I have had countless hours of fun crafting because of you!

one employee and a manager hung up on me twice yesterday. I was wanting to know where my refund is on an order that I cancelled last week. I'm looking at my bank online that clearly shows Joannes deducted the money from my account but both people are telling me that they cancelled. Over and over they said the order was cancelled it's my banks fault. I went to the email they send me after cancelling my order and this is what is written..... * We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order. Any unwanted items can be returned. If you don't pick up your order, it will be canceled on the 5th day and the authorization on your card will be removed, there's no need to call or email. Looks like someone doesn't even know their own policy. Hobby Lobby is where I will be shopping for my fabric needs that's for sure.

Fun place for all kinds of art and crafts. Good selection in most departments. Nice employees. Great selection of fabrics, wow!! Good place for decorating too.

I have ALWAYS appreciated getting a variety of items given being school teacher and a crafts person. Today October 30, 2023 the stock was unaccessible due to piles of fabric rolls stacked near the measuring area. Very sparse regular items like sewing basics.A whole range of colors of items were out. I do hope this is temporary.

Joanns is a joke. They claim they’re hiring but you never get picked even if you call and bring in your resume. I got “hired” last year and they never contacted me for a start date. I called relentlessly for 3-4 months to try and get one and each time they said the manager was out. A little while later I got an email from the manager saying they don’t have any hours for me so they’re moving forward . Lmao

Everyone was helpful n nice
