The office staff of Keith McBride's Chico, CA's State Farm location (shout out to Michelle Burton) has been nothing short of exceptional. Specifically, when we experienced what could have been a drop in coverage, Michelle and her team promptly notified us of the developing situation. This notification allowed us to present case information to the necessary parties for immediate resolution.
In a time where customer service continues to rapidly decline, Keith McBride's office maintains the highest level of professionalism that should be considered the "new" model for its' customers.
