Dreams come true with the help of The Earth Mover!!Jenna Johnson at Keller Williams Realty is absolutely AMAZING!! She REALLY listened when I told her what I was looking for and she FOUND IT for me!! There were already several offers on the house of my dreams, but no problem, Jenna had a plan and walked me through executing that plan. She answered all my multitude of questions, kept me in check when my expectations were unreasonable and orchestrated a team of professionals that made my dream of home ownership a reality. From inspection reports, repair request, title searches, escrow deposits, computer glitches and through two major holidays, she was on top off it all!! From the very beginning I started referring to her as The Earth Mover because it was the largest bulldozer I knew of. She just pushed any and all obstacles out of the way. She kept me informed through every step. Now that we're closed I hope she doesn't mind me messaging her just to ask what's going on? LOL!!! Karen McCullom is an incredible real estate agent. She helped me find a house after the Camp Fire. I was renting and did not have insurance, so I quite literally lost everything I owned. I was scared, confused, and desperate. Karen kindly offered help with anything I needed. She guided me through the entire process of purchasing a home, explaining every detail along the way. She was available when I needed her and responded to any and all questions and concerns I had immediately. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure I found a home that I was happy with—a place in a safe neighborhood with almost all of the items I put on my “dream house” list. She never showed me anything out of my price range or out of my comfort zone. She also didn’t let me settle for something that I didn’t really want, constantly reassuring me she would find something I could not only afford, but would be proud of and happy in. Karen truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend her and very much appreciate all of her hard work!

We bought a half million dollar home through Keller Williams. Both seller and buyer (our) realtors were from KW and in the same office in Chico. Long story, short, they handed over the home with no keys, dirt everywhere, some swept into neat piles, random junk all over the property, a years worth of leaves in the backyard, a green-bin loaded about a foot high with dog feces, garbage can at the curb overflowing with trash....etc. Our agent even let the prior owner into the home that day to attempt to remove a towel bar from the master bathroom. We had used the same agent three times in the past. We insisted on a meeting with management at which the first thing my wife was told was that there is nothing in our contract with KW that states that we were entitled to anything more.Goodbye and Good Riddance KW.

Marisa Bauer seemed to be the right agent for us, but as things progressed towards listing our home, after spending a great deal of time and money on getting our home shipshape, she suddenly got cold feet and started pulling comps from homes not even in our area to justify a 50k drop in price before we even scheduled pictures for the listing. We contacted her broker, Erica Thau, and explained our frustration. We were relieved to learn we could break contract and were provided the necessary paperwork shortly thereafter. However. We had since then found another broker to list our home and did so 45 days after breaking contract with Bauer/Keller Williams. Moments after our house was presented to area realtors at their weekly meeting, we received an email from Bauer that was cc'd to our current broker stating that we had some unpaid bills. It also alluded to unethical activity on our part. After contacting the state board, we responded with a cease and desist, refuting the allegations and charges (one of which was a three figure charge for giving an estimate by someone whom she arranged and whom used our equipment during their 10 minute visit), pointing out that Bauer was still bound by the contract that charges her to protect our financial and personal information. She responded moments later, in spite of the cease and desist, claiming she didn't know what we were saying. A followup email and call with her managing broker took care of this mess, all of which never should have been an issue to begin with.She's since called, texted, left voice mails, and emailed us which we blocked and didn't further pursue since they appeared to be sales/promotional and were more of a nuisance and not a true violation of the cease and desist.There are hundreds of agents in Chico to help you with your home buying/selling needs, but this agent is one I'd recommend steering clear of.

Ken and Karen recently helped me through a complicated transaction and kept me informed though the entire process.Their attention to detail, I believe, truly made this transaction go more smooth.Not only would I recommend Keller Williams to my friends and family, but I would definitely use them again on future real estate deals.

Ken and his team have always been there for us. Recommended by our daughter and son-in-law after their home buying experience with him, Ken patiently guided us through selling a property we inherited and shopping for investment property. His wide network of service providers came in handy when we realized .... uh, we’re from out of town and don’t have those connections. Thanks, Ken!
