“The store is so clean and well organzied! I didn't even come in looking for anything in particular but when I did find something, there was a whole section of that item and it had such a wonderful and organized display! The staff was very friendly as well. I came in and wandered around for awhile and then was approached asking if I needed help and he was so kind to point me in the right direction! They had all sorts of neat candies, Christmas-themed jewelry, and other cute little trinkets. It is a little on the pricey side but the items are high quality and worth it! Would reccomend :)”

“These guys are awesome went in there showed the guy what I thought I needed turns out he knew how it went together better than I did. Then after understanding how everything went together he realized I was missing a gasket so no charge gave me a gasket for a part I didn't even buy there! Just amazing customer service I'll never go anywhere else now for any of my plumbing needs! Thanks for the help guys!”

He is very knowledgeable and walked us through every time we got into trouble. We are DIY and we didn't have experience in some areas. Dave never made us feel like we were bothering him. During this time of supply chain issues he kept on top of things and kept us informed. On top of all this, Chico Design Center has a fantastic selection. Don't waste your time at the Big Box stores. Shop local and get accurate advice”
