The staff was patient w me. Apparently buying the perfect recliner takes some physical research. As I tried to find the best recliner for my height and support needs, (Randell 777 Custom leather, electric rocker) Brianne was very helpful and understood the process I needed to go through. On my third visit I found my perfect recliner. Staff was helpful. An investment in comfort is what I came for, and La-z-boy Chico Delivered (literally) Thanks again

Sales rep was nice, not hovering...but...given the sale that was advertised accross the board, I didn't get it. When I called to clarify, sales rep didn't address issue, just kept referencing the price I did receive.
Very diappointed, won't ever do business here again.

Morgan was amazing; she patiently guided us through the process, helping us narrow our options with recliner and fabric choice. She was friendly and well-informed, answering questions, providing additional information, and explaining details about the product. We especially appreciate how she worked with our budget; that thoughtfulness added to the comfort of purchase.

Not sure what the previous reviews are talking about, but my experience was great! Wilson was great, and spent a lot of time with us to let us know what was available and the prices of each. We vacillated so much, I'm sure we drove him crazy. We decided on a leather loveseat and two recliners. We take delivery sometime in December as they have to be made to order. The sales experience though was great and I appreciated Wilson's efforts to guide us to the right features for our furniture. The manager was also was very helpful in getting the information about what we were buying tl make sure all looked good to go. Can't wait for our new items, just in time for Christmas.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this Lazy boy specifically with an employee in which I believe to have been the manager named Brianna. I came in with my in-laws who were trying to purchase a couch Brianna and one other female employee was assisting my in laws and I. Brianna was being extremely aggressive and took forever to help us. When my in laws and I finally asked for help because we got tired of waiting she gave us a very bad attitude. This made us so uncomfortable we left and my in-laws didn’t even purchase a couch.
