Andy and the team went out of their way to manage a stuck part on my Duramax. Took some time, stopped before stranding me as the replacement part was not immediatly available. Then two days later met the challenge with a friendly and a courteous smile. Thank you so much.

Les Schwab was so thorough and I’m so grateful. I went to get my tires rotated and they noticed my back brakes were almost metal to metal. Right before I was due to drive out of town. So grateful to them for helping keep my family safe. Was able to get a partial credit card and safely be back on the road swiftly after I made my appointment the next morning. Their customer service was great and have a loyal customer in myself and my family.

Les Schwab has been very good to us. We wouldn't switch from Les Schwab. Customer Service is great, prices are fair and we love being able come in for flat repair.jyst great all around. Maria is wonderful, always greets with a smile. They always try to help us by explaining options

★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT GO TO ANTON — WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I brought my car in tin perfect condition for tires, and when I got it back, my lug nuts were snapped off and my wheel hub had major damage. When I asked him what happened, instead of owning up to it, he flat-out denied it and claimed he “didn’t do it.”
The car was fine when I dropped it off, so I know exactly when the damage happened — in his shop. Instead of being professional, he started yelling at me and insulting me, saying my car was “a pile of crap” and that it wasn’t his fault. This is hands down the most unprofessional, dishonest, and aggressive behavior I’ve ever experienced from someone in the auto industry.
Now I’m left with expensive repairs caused by his negligence, and zero accountability on his part. If you value your car, your time, and your sanity — stay far away from Anton.

Generally, I would give Less Schwab a four or five star review. However, I feel this experience caused such an inconvenience that they deserve a one star. I took one of my work trucks into Les Schwab to have the front tires removed from the rim and hub, flip them, then reinstall. After receiving my truck, I did not inspect their work. Two days later, I realized they did not perform the job at all. Causing my Truck to miss a half day of work and wasting my time to take it back in for them to do the job that I paid for. To make matters worse there was a note on my account specifying the exact request for the work I wanted to be done. Yet it did not happen. I feel an inconvenience of this magnitude should have been compensated or reimbursed considering I lost this truck for half a day and my time wasted for a second visit. Other than that normally Les Schwab is a well known tire shop and are better known for their quality of work and warranties. I would still recommend Les Schwab, but with caution. And I will now be inspecting any work performed by them on any of my vehicles. Have a great day.

Big shout out to Eric who not only made it possible and within my budget to put 3 tires on my car Friday so my family and I could make it safely to Monterey this weekend but he ALSO, happened to be a native of Monterey and gave me the inside info on all the good spots for my family and I to check out! We are currently in the middle of what has been a safe and fun trip for us all!! Thank you Eric! We appreciate you and your team!! ♥️

I took my daughter’s car in for a pretrip check. They discovered an issue, ordered the part, made the repair and had her in the road that evening! I felt confident that she would be safe. I appreciate the attention to detail!

I’m really impressed with the staff here. Don’t remember the young man’s name but he really went above and beyond to get me helped out before a big trip. Brought my tent trailer in for new tires less than an hour before closing and they had to order the tires which arrived and were installed by 10am the next day! They are personable and really cared about making sure I was taken care of. 20/10 experience and I will only go here for any tire needs from now on. Outstanding service I really appreciate you guys!!

My go to place for alignment and wheel balancing. If you ever see them work, they are quick, efficient, and get things done correctly the first time. I have not had any issues after they have provided service. Go to these folks if you need alignment or wheel balancing. I've not had luck with other places in Chico. Big bonus, they are courteous, professional, and always greet you with a smile.
