Waited 40 minutes after being told 15 minute wait. Then had somehow come up and say it was going to be another hour and a half for somebody that can help with the builder chair. Waste of an hour to not be helped at all.

Wanted to get my toes done before heading out of town for the holiday weekend- my normal spot was closed so I went to Lily’s. I got a very sweet girl who just graduated from cosmetology school. 1 1/2 hours later, I wish I had never gone in! She’s new- so I thought trust her process. Besides cutting me with the file and cuticle cutters, there is now so much gel polish baked into the sides of my nails that my feet hurt so bad- not to mention I think my 9 year old could have done a better paint job! I spoke with Lily and she offered to file them down to fix them. I feel like this situation would need a complete restart, since the girl didn’t even cut away the dead skin around my nails- and I just didn’t have the time for all that. Lily requested I still pay and come back next week since I didn’t have time today- she said because I was still provided a service. I told her I don’t think this is the “service” she should be claiming and charging for. She offered me a discount, so instead of $45 I only had to pay $20… as a paying customer, I am not happy with my self care splurge at Lily’s.

This salon is a lot bigger than you would expect! I got the spa pedicure, it was relaxing and my nail tech, Bao, did such a great job! I will go back anytime I'm in Chico.

I love this place. Maily is the technician I use and she is precise and takes her time. I have been going to her for years and am never disappointed. She takes into account my fragile nails and makes sure she is careful when doing my nails. I usually have a picture handy for her but she always makes my nails look better than the picture. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good technician to choose her because she is the best out there!!!!

I haven’t been to lilys in a few years, my daughter is now old enough so I took her to get her first mani & pedi. I was talked into spending more money on gel vs regular polish. It’s been 24 hours and almost all of the paint on her nails has came off! I paid $60 for both, it’s insane that we have nothing to show for that price.

I have been going to Lily's for over 2 years and I have always loved the service and how they do my nails. I went in yesterday and got a new set and they came out horrible. She layered so much acrylic and when I asked her to file them down she was not happy. I asked for an almond shape and instead they were super pointy and crooked. When I called today to schedule to get them fixed they told me I would have to pay again, pretty ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will no longer be recommending this place!

Could somebody please refer me to a good Nails shop that does not give me fungus. I have been going to Lylys Nails for over 27 years and it has gotten so bad that I have lost my thumbnails several times.. Also my big toenails from fungus. I have given them lots of chances to treat me better since I’ve been such a great customer, but it’s just getting worse. The last time I was there was two weeks ago on a Saturday. Lily was doing my nails, the owner. Lily left her station and I waited about 15 minutes all of a sudden her husband Johnny came over and Lily came over and told me Johnny was going to finish my nails. Johnny had not done nails for years. It’s been two weeks and I had to remove my thumbnails because the fungus was so bad, my nails were in pain. I will never give them another chance. The place is filthy. They get fined every time the board comes in. They were closed down for that for a whole month. I do not suggest you use Lily nails for anything. I normally do not post stuff like this, but I am at my wits end. Lily has become such a raging ….. that I can’t hardly stand to look at her. I will never return to that business.

The community is ranting about you on Facebook. Countless comments. Scams left and right from many customers. I would no use this business. They bait and switch and up charge whenever then can.
They also never try to amend a wrong created by them.
