I have never had a bad experience here. Their employees are well trained and point out things that may need to be addressed for preventative maintenance like changing transmission fluid. Decent prices overall considering no appointment needed and they get you out within 15 mins.

I love Lube Express! The service I receive is always fast, efficient, and I'm treated with utmost kindness by every staff member. I'd like to leave a shout-out to one employee in particular who really stands out as being exceptionally helpful and always has a great attitude: Som. Som is awesome! He is good at his job and I wish they were allowed to receive tips because this man deserves it! I've had the pleasure of speaking with Som on several occasions when I've stopped by and he is more than accommodating to his customers! All in all, if you live in Chico, Lube Express has great service and great prices. I get the best deal for my full synthetic oil at Lube Express than anywhere else in Chico . They are quick and ready to answer all your questions. Thanks Lube Express!

Took both of our vehicles there last month before going on extended road trips. Fast, excellent service and comfortable waiting room. The minivan needed a new cabin and air filter (as expected) and still got both serviced for a little over $200. Five Stars!
