“This lab tech Rita is the best. I have had many blood draws from other labs in Chico. None as great as she did. First attempt and hit the vein. Quick, painless and very professional. Thank you Rita for your great job. Can’t remember when this last happened. Usually it’s bruised arm and feeling like a pin cushion. Will be back for future draws.”
