I had the best service with Amrita. She helped me pick everything out and was extremely helpful. I was searching for a combination of black and white beads. With her assistance i found them with ease. She was so sweet and will be the only reason I return to this location.

Took a picture there for framing was told 2 weeks. I called to confirm it was done and when i went to pick up was told the mat cane damaged amd it wasn't done. Waited another week no call and when I checked was rudely told there was no update because the mat was on backorder (funny as that sounds like something I would consider information a customer should know) then they told me they would email company and get back to me. Waited another week!! Called and again told no update company hadn't answered them. (Again good info to know) 30 days later I'm taking picture to Chico Art Co where I should have gone to begin with. Horrible customer service

Not only is this store always clean and well stocked, I was in this store last week and had bought two on sale vases for my backyard wedding party and I LEFT THEM wrapped/bagged up in self checkout. Today I went back, explained my situation and was sure they would say I was SOL (understandably - it was my mistake), but the manager came over and took care of me and I was able to take the 2 vases home that I had left there. The the manager and the checker I dealt with today on 5/24/23 - THANK YOU for your amazing customer service and understanding! Made my day!

Michael's used to be a nice, clean store that I enjoyed going to. Not so much anymore. The frame selection was very low which is what I went for. It used to be stocked well. Maybe the disruptions are causing delays in restocking. I hadn't been in well over two years and was super disappointed to see the store nothing like it had been before. It just looked unclean and old. This new pay kiosk really bites too!! Technology is replacing people. Not cool.

The framing department went above and beyond for me when I was on a schedule... I dropped a piece for framing and they gave me a two week timeline which was going to be past my deadline but I decided to go ahead and hope it would finish early. When I came to pick it up before my deadline it still wasn't framed (which I knew and accepted) but since the frame had actually arrived, they went ahead and framed it there on the spot. It meant so much to me! Thank you again, Framing Department!

I used to love this place but we went tonight for a few odd art supplies and then were told we had to check ourselves out. I'm sorry.. I didn't realize I worked here?!?! 4 self check out stands replaced where people used to be. I'm a little old fashioned and 1) believe you shouldn't take away jobs from living breathing people, 2) hate that they are pushing credit/debit (electronic) payments 3) think if I'm going to check myself out and bag my own things then I get paid as an employee AND am privy to the employee discounts. I'll go to Hobby lobby next time.

I have been shopping in this store for a long time, however I will not be back! I was shopping for art supplies and was not quite sure what kind of acrylic paint medium to purchase. I had three large bottles of product in the top of my shopping cart trying to make a decision. I had my headphones on talking on my phone trying to get information about the products, when all of the sudden I was interrupted by the middle aged short blonde employee, informing me in a very accusatory tone, "Ma'am, merchandise needs to be in the bottom of the carriage". I have never heard such a thing! I have never been so insulted! Not to mention there were other shoppers that heard her. I believe she was insinuating that I may have been trying to steal something. I have never, ever shoplifted in my life and was horrified by her behavior! I let her know that now that Chico has another craft store, she is likely to run customers off with her rude and aggressive attitude , and perhaps Michaels will close down from a lack of busin

Trying to stay on a budget for flowers for my wedding. Summer flowers on sale, yet the cashier didn't give me all the discounts though I asked if all discounts were given. Almost snotty and you don't shove silk flower stems flower first into a bag. When I asked her not to do that she was snotty.

Austin is awesome, wonderful and has excellent customer service. I went to the framing department this morning. Another customer was not wearing a mask and I asked him why. He gave some lame excuse. I asked the manager why he didn't have to wear one. I was told they don't have to. Seriously?!?! I'm having surgery in a few weeks and cannot get sick or there will be no surgery for me.Is this store that hard up for money?? When he left I told him he had bad karma. I also said he was a selfish fuc.... Loser.
