Excellent service! We had a 30 amp receptacle and cable start burning up when we were passing through. I called the office and Bryan got me in immediately in about an hour!

Friendly, honest and competent staff willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Had a water leak in my trailer. They diagnosed and replaced the water heater pop off valve in a days time. Happy camper here!!

Ryan saved our day! We’re on our first long RV trip - at our 2nd stop we noticed our WDH was messed up. One of the bars came off and the brace was severely bent up, as were the bolts. We managed to get it back on but did not feel comfortable proceeding. We were at an overnight stop in Orland, called at least 6 different places and couldn’t find what we needed or get straight answers. That was until, Mike’s called us back. Ryan got us in at 1 pm. We arrived early and he started working on it right away while we went to the lunch at restaurant he recommended. Came back and they were ready to install the new hitch, which btw, is an Equalizer E4. It’s just 2 pm and we are already back on the road to our 3rd destination! Super nice, very knowledgeable, and great service. We will highly recommend to anyone in the area that needs parts of service! Thank you Ryan!!
