Today is April 23, 2021. We ordered from Mountain Mike's Pizza once a week. We ordered our original order We do every week. Tonite we ordered from a girl that was totally rude. She couldn't get off the phone fast enough, didn't ask us what kind of dressing we wanted on our salad, I ordered no broccoli extra garbanzo beans and kidney beans and extra croutons for my salad she said she had it. Asked me if I was paying cash or card I said cash. She said OK thank you and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a very nice gentleman and asked him to review my order. He said there was no notes other than a large double pepperoni with a large salad. He did not have anything in the note stating I did not want broccoli but I wanted to add the beans and the croutons. There was also no dressings added to the order. I called and asked to speak to the manager and when she got on the phone she was even more rude than the girl I placed my order with. I told her I knew the owners and I would be repeating this to them she said good luck with that I am one of their family members. This is to the ownerYou should never let family work for you cause she's going to run your business in the ground. I will never order from you again. And if you look at my History I order from you all the time. Not any more!!!

My daughter wanted to play the race car game. Well it was broken. So we let the lady know and asked for our dollar back. She said "cant u see it broken its, clearly not working and its been broken for awhile.and was sooo rude to us. We had to argue with her just to get my daughter's dollar back. Its not about the money but the fact that she works a job were shes deals with customers and she should know how to treat people. Pluse if its not working put a sign up. The food was good but customer service not good.

By far the worst mountain mikes I've been to. Called for a pick up order at 6:20pm, they said it would take 25 mins. Waited an extra 18 mins (7:03pm), got told they gave away our wings so we waited an additional 30 mins (7:33pm). An hour and 13 mins for a medium pizza and 8 wings on an empty day???????? Don't go here.

Bomb pizza, as always. I love this place and they always bring extra napkins which is a huge plus!!

Let me count the ways in which I was disappointed with both the service and quality of Mountain Mike's Pizza. I stood at the counter with another customer for several minutes before someone pops out from the back or even acknowledges us. I was meeting some people so I just order a snack of jalapeno poppers and a soda. None of the sides have a price listed on the overhead sign but I order the poppers anyways. The poppers were inconsistently warm indicating that they were microwaved, to which the rubber like texture of the jalapenos support. While sitting there the staff informs two of people I'm with that both of their pizzas were made wrong... So to reiterate, of the three food items I saw, none of them were made correctly.

The pizza was great and the service was fast. Also the guy working the counter had great customer service, I think his name was Blaine. Overall one of the better pizza places of chico. I definitely recommend!
