They saved me again. I have never had support like this before. I had HP SmartFriends and was not happy at all. This is an infinitely better experience. Originally, "Nerds On Call" revived my PC when it went Black Screen on me. They revived it and I subscribed to their Support Group. That is how wonderful I think they are. Try them! I guarantee you will not be unhappy.

I have a mid-2012 Mac book-pro that serves my needs wonderfully.
It has not been upgraded to the troublesome new and improved Mac OS, but works smoothly on High Sierra, so I don't have any reason to upgrade. Nerds respected that when I brought it in to repair or replace the optical drive, (it wasn't an issue until my apartment manager asked if I would produce a newer version of the DVD "I've Got A Place". Nerds On Call replaced my drive and cleaned up the aluminum MacBook case quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I recommend Nerds On Call for any and all computer repairs one might need.

I was having some difficulty installing the software for a new controller for my son’s gaming PC, and it was not an easy fix (it was a C++ problem). But, it was Nerds on Call to the rescue! Grant was able to diagnose and fix the software problem in less than an hour and stayed on until we confirmed that the controller was working perfectly. Thank you Grant and Nerds on Call!

Very satisfied with the service. They dis whas needed and made sure all was good. Love theor hours. They also have call center hours which for non nerds is a nice little bonus. Will go back for future pc needs.

Shoutout to Madison, helped with installing mods for my kids VR, I tried multiple times to get it done to no avail, he was able to do it in less than an hour, great service, great communication, highly recommend.
